£10 Tesco Meal deal for £4.07

Just had a proper nightmare at T's. Went to use a couple of small vouchers from Turners just under £12 to buy some plants. The SA said as it was just over the £10 mark it came up on the screen to check with team leader. She came and took the receipt away, came back with another supervisor who said the Tesco receipt was not acceptable as 'our receipts do not have scissor marks on them so this is not acceptable'. I said I was 100% sure it was fine ans she went off to find the duty manager. The duty manager came along and said the same 'our receipts do not have scissor marks on them' implying that I had done something dodgy with the receipt. I said did they think I had printed Tesco receipts? She said I could call head office customer service if I wanted to. I said that indeed I did. I left the goods and went to the CS desk, all they gave me was a number to call. My OH, who hates vouchers and coupons with a passion was mortified by all this, wanted to get back for the race at 1pm so we went home to call CS. Called them but closed, and tomorrow for bank holiday. I looked at some of my friends old receipts and some of those had these scissor marks on them.
Decided to return to store to get CS to reprint my receipt to show that they were indeed exactly the same, and to show the scissor marks on the other receipts with different dates and till numbers on. I asked the guy on CS to please reprint my receipts for me and explained that I was made to feel like a criminal and and was very upset and embarressed. He was very nice and went 'out the back' to see if he could do so. He returned saying that he is very sorry and wanted to help me but the duty manager says he cannot do it, and that he is not to go back on what she said. The other team leader came across and asked me what they had said on the phone. I told her they were closed. I told her I was extremeley upset at what had happened, that I felt like they were saying I was a criminal, even worse a stupid criminal. She tried to wriggle out of it by saying she only said she had never seen these scissor marks on a receipt before, but I corrected her with the exact words she had said ' our receipts do not have scissor marks' and that she had showed me the blank till roll to prove this!!!!!!!!!!!! The cs lady also looked across and said exactly the same and even more problems there was some other writing on the receipt that showed it was not real. On close inspection this is the same details as at the bottom of the receipt only in reverse.
So now I have to wait until Tuesday with my blood boiling until I can complain to anyone. Question is has anyone else noticed these scissor marks? Or this back ward righting? Or am I going mad? What do they mean? What do I do now? Thanks for reading and sorry for the rambling I was so upset I didnt get my parsnips or yorkies for lunch.
I've not seen scissor marks on the actual till receipt when I've received it, but you know what struck me?
I fold my receipt inside my voucher before popping it into my purse & sometimes I've found the scissor marks from the voucher have transferred themselves faintly onto the actual receipt. Obviously the printer ink hasn't quite dried. Could this have happened to you do you think?0 -

I have a Tesco receipt in front of me now that has got a faint grey 'pair of scissors' logo on it.
I thought it was just because the till roll was running out when it was printed.0 -

Keep the turners and change the food Mr T, please. x
Did this go through for £10? I only ask as the fishcakes have not been included in the meal deal, they do not have the yellow special offer that shows whats included in the £10 offer. Would like to try these if it def works. TIA0 -

Yes. The fishcakes have always been in the current deal. If they're not showing up on your Tesco's website, then maybe they have been or still are out of stock for your delivery area or it's a line they don't carry.
Does this link work for you?

I've not been into all the great Tesco bargains as don't have a big Tesco anywhere near but I do have a Tesco Extra. Do they have the meal deals, the wine deals etc? I very seldom use it but will be in there like a shot if they have the deals!0
