    I received vouchers on Monday morning, which were two for Saturday entered receipts, and two for Sunday entered receipts.
    I'm 'owed' four vouchers for receipts I entered on Monday, and a further three vouchers for receipts I entered on Tuesday afternoon.
    When I go to re-enter/check these receipts, I just get the message that 'they are being processed', etc.

    Tesco and Groupon are 2 entirely different Companies, so won't be using the same servers, EVER!

    And if they really had long-term server issues then tills and other systems (online orders etc) would be failing, and they aren't.

    People really ought not to believe 'technical issues', as it is simply BS speak for 'we are Tesco, we own the world, don't expect us to help you take money off us'

    Just phoned up cs got a guy called george he asked me me details and what i had bought i did not tell him i just said i will give you the numbers on the bottom Asked my name and address and phone number some one will ring me back some time fobbed me off again

    I gave CS a call and was told that it can take more than 36 hours and there were no issues with their system. She said to give it another 24 hours and then call again :mad:

    I'm still waiting for my one voucher from Monday - not tried for any for ages and then bought the meal deal and thought I would give it a try and here we are Thursday and no reply as yet!
