    Just got a voucher :j

I'd tweaked Friday's receipt so many different ways I don't know which one worked!

I just re-entered the receipt details. I got the 'sorry can't find .......' but when I changed to 0500 instead of 1700 up popped the voucher :T

  • Yes, some of mine are - from the 23rd. Still waiting for a few more. Now I can shop!

All my meal deals are in. The bottles of turner road are already wrapped in cellophane with a bow on top ready to take down as raffle prizes for dd3 summer school fayre. Thanks Tesco - eventually! All meal deals were bought with vouchers Ive recycled and continued on.

On Monday when I was buying my daily "3" meal deals another lady was pondering over the wines. I told her the turner road down the w.b.s aisle was included and she commented that's a nice wine. I then told her about the asda comparison on it and you didn't see her for dust, like a contestant on supermarket sweep she was - in her rush though she didn't even thank me for the tip off! Oh well, this is a first for me - trying to convince a fellow shopper on money saving tactics usually is met with a frosty "are you mad?" stare.

I have to say though, having tried all the food on offer in the "meal deal" we have enjoyed them all. Free food after all tastes much better than if paid with real cash. I appreciate not everyone's was free but mine was - several vouchers down the line. Original cash outlay was weeks ago.

The fairy dishwasher tabs were a great return of late helping vouchers to continue for me. I don't even have a dishwasher, just my own fair paws, however they are destined for a car boot sale so win-win!

Perhaps we can all stop stressing now that the vouchers have started to drop nicely into our inboxes.:D
