Hi Missy,
Im assuming by you saying your delaying the course until March, you have managed to speak to someone at OU about it. Im glad youve done this as it would seem a shame to throw away the work you have done.
Enjoy your day and dont stress too much about the house!!! xxMummytogirls x0 -
hey mummytogirls, i have spoken to my tutor who advised me to speak to OU, but they are closed until the 3rd, but when i did two courses last year, they said if two got to much i could stop one of them, so i am assuming it is the same, there was no way after no sleep i could have written a decent enough assignment to pass, so the decision was made for me really, feel a lot less stressed, which is nice. Am feeding roo early as FIL is coming round, have managed to get dressed unload and reload dishwasher, put some rubbish out and tidy the living room a bit, house is still a huge mess but its passable ish, will hopefully have another ten mins when roo has finished. Everything has to be done at 100 miles an hour to try and fit it all in whilst baby sleeps or is quiet. although ive had some sleep, I still have a cold and feeling rather rough today,
Just looked at my bank balance and think I have about £30 to last me til the end of the month!!!! That doesnt include bills or shopping though, thats just my money as such. Might have to put some petrol in the car at some point though, its ok for now. Still not been to the sales eventhough the dress ive been after is now online half price but point blank cant afford it, and theres no point going to the shops for that reason! And anyway im not allowed to buy any clothes, I have more than enough, could really do with ebaying a load to be honest!!
wrote my new years resolutions yesterday, quite a long list!!0 -
woo hoo managed to clean the kitchen including the cooker, unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, put washing away, put on new lot, wipe worktops, clean the sink, tidy living room, see FIL and spend time with the boy, although hes crying, not sure whats up with him, he keeps thinking hes hungry 2 hrs after ive fed him.....0

Hi Missy, well done on your chores :T. He may well be having a little growth spurt hence wanting more milk xxMummytogirls x0

Very impressed at how much you have done, well done! I am having a nightmare getting stuff done today. Trying to put all LO's new clothes away and she was just crawling round pulling at everything and kept banging her head arghh!
Poppy didn't go 3 hours between feeding in the day for ages, she was a bit of a snacker. I agree if probably a growth spurt if he usually goes longer, they have quite a few in the first few weeks/months.0 -
thanks guys, oh wendz poor you, roo is sleeping now, im watching bad teacher, its so good!0

morning, well Roo slept ok ish last night, think i got about 5 hours of broken sleep, which is actually pretty good. Roo is still wanting to feed every 2.5 hours, so i've just given in to him, he must need it.
Still have tidying to do, am hoping roo will sleep later, so i can sort out the washing and fridge etc. i could also do with sorting out Roos clothes.
Going to sort out my new diary today if I get the chance with all my challenges, goals and new year resolutions. Speaking of new year, what is everyone doing for new years eve? I don't think im actually going to do anything, with OH being away and having the babe, i think i might have a quiet night in.0 -
I'm babysitting. Don't really mind as it's extra money and it's not a long one either, from 7.30 till 1.15. Double the hourly rate so should be good. I'm not fan of NYE anyway, we never go out. Had friends over 2 years in a row and didn't enjoy it much, they stayed awake till 5ish while all I wanted to do is going to bed:)/0

lol kavics, good thinking money wise, and i know I would be exactly the same, wanting to go to bed at 5 past midnight, hence why im thinking i might just stay here, im not bothered, will be quite nice to just spend it with me and my boy.
Breaking news, have actually managed to get roo in his sling and not cry!!! I have tried loads of times, but i have made it smaller and buttoned the back down and hes now asleep, whilst being carried around the house while i get on with jobs, fantastic
