Glad all seems to be going well.

Good luck with the finances. Is horrible the thought of leaving them isn't it,I am dreading going back to work but got a few more months off first.

I keep meaning to try and get the food shop down but when you buy loads of fresh fruit/veg is always so expensive.

hi ya wendz, yes everything is going well, pretty much into a routine now, and can figure out whats wrong with Roo, although, he's a bit of a greedy boy at the moment and feeding every two hours then drinking too much and being sick, but im sure he'll grow out of it. He's still got bad colic, cant wait til he's old enough for us to try gripe water, as the infacol dsnt seem to be doing all that much.

Going to finish feeding then get dressed and take baby for a walk for some fresh air, then hopefully he'll sleep for an hour so that i can get some jobs done, need to make shepherds pie, sort clean washing, put a wash on, tidy the nursery, clean the kitchen, tidy the living room and whatever else crops up.

then i think i'll spend the afternoon writing cards and finishing xmas shopping, oooh need to go food shopping (again) too will try and fit it all in though, hmmmm.

well managed to get some bits done, doing anything just seems to take soooo long now, as i have to keep stopping, to feed or comfort or change, i've managed most things today, dinner just needs reheating and i need to finish hanging the washing but apart from that i did well.

What are you all up to tonight? my friday nights have changed some what from a year a go, me and OH are having shepherds pie, then settling down to watch the property scandal programmes we've recorded this week, i might even treat myself to a shandy!!!! Oh yes I know how to live the highlife!!! i might even fall asleep in front of the fire before 11!!!

Ahh bless him. Poppy fed a lot to begin with , was so tiring. Hope you find something to help with the colic.

Don't worry about not getting much done, sounds like you are doing great. Everything does take so much more time.

My Friday nights are very boring now! OH is out on his work do so i will be watching tv and wrapping his presents while he isn't here.

Welcome back Missy, I'm sure baby Roo is so cute.

I didn't do much last night apart from working!! Just finished now and I have to go do the weekly shopping, cook something for dinner, buy a bike for OH, send back wrong item to Play, put some staff on Ebay...That's about it really...Sigh....

    hey BTD thanks my love.

wow kavics, talk about a busy bunny!! Did you manage to get it all done? I am currently sitting in the living room under my blankie, with all the christmas lights on as it is so dull, with a sleeping baby making gorgeous little noises on me, unfortunately, he wakes every time i try and put him down or change arms, so am typing left handed and cant reach my tea, whilst my right arm slowly goes dead,

Feeling in a sorting mood today, think it's because OH is up in his spare room sorting out all the [STRIKE]crap[/STRIKE] stuff, hes accumalated over the past god knows how long!! I've sorted a couple of things, I went through my book shelves and am giving away about 30ish books. We're going to sit and ebay things tonight...... just managed to put Roo down and he slept for another 20mins so managed to peel the tatoes and carrots for dinner, i find i have to prepare dinner when I get a spare second now! Anyway I'm back in the sofa , having reheated my tea, and am now feeding babes so have my right hand free, which is mildly easier for typing.:D

Where was I, oh yes ebay stuff tonight, i keep thinking of goals and plans for next year, think i will have to start a new thread to house all of them! Will do that when I've finished thinking!

Am reading the new "tougher" OS thread which is giving me some good ideas about being more frugal and money saving.

Right, speak soon, I've rambled enough for now! x

Hey missy glad your back :)

sounds like all is going well for you :) time just flies by, it doesnt seem 2 mins ago I was moaning about being pregnant I cant believe my baby is 9 weeks old now and weighing a whopping 14lb 5oz lol hes such a big boy hes in 3-6 month clothes but is ready for 6-9 I think haha

Your plans sound good, I have been doing a bit of ebaying myself and have been trying to get things paid off, i've got 2 more payments on one of my cards then that can be closed, it will be such a good feeling, plus will take a bit of pressure off as my lower maternity pay kicks in february.

your all so good sending christmas cards, I dont bother (is that really awful?!). nearly finished christmas shopping just need to do the wrapping at some point this week as DS finishes school friday so wont get a chance then.

    Bella,

I won't be sending any Xmas cards out, sent an email to everyone that we donated the money to charity and pls don't send us any either. Every year they end up in recycling and last year I sent the same email out and only got 3 cards so hopefully we repeat the success this year. Though OH said that he wanted to have some cards and it was stupid sending that email out. Hasn't he realized that we only got 3 last year? Men, they are just moaning...

Do send us the link to the new diary, Missy.
