  • I'm trying to buy one. Hoping not to pay £300+! But then I don't need it before Christmas as it's for my brother's birthday in January so I'm not going to get carried away with bidding.

Can I just ask what is the purpose of this post? To gloat that you have bought a wii just for the purpose of making a profit?

I'm not so naive as to think your the only one, but there is surely no need to post it on here.

I agree this is just a post to gloat.

But disappointed kids...you are having a laugh?

Parents could have been queing for a day or two if it was that important to their little treasure. If they wern't willing to do that they could now buy it on EBay and pay the premium for their slothfulness.

    Or

Be told tough luck...its another barbie this year!

Was in my local Woolies yesterday and overheard the salespeople talking and saying that they had had to phone a customer yesterday to tell her that they had under-ordered and that her Wii wouldn't be arriving today - I would be rather mad methinkss!!!
  • The post was just to gloat but in all honesty, which of us dnt like making large amounts of money?

this all reminds me of the teltubbies xmas, a woman had all of them and wanted to sell them for £1,000!!! The papers picked up the story and she was so slated she eventually retracted as it was so openly money grabbing the public were not amused!! xxx

Well, they're going for £300-£500 on eBay at the moment so those of you who do think making money is really important could have another opportunity here. Hope you spend it on something worthwhile :)
    Can I help?
  • Yep, its all about the money for some people and the other 100 odd on ebay with prices way over £250.

Really, what did you think people would do Victory. I have my own opinion of people that do this, but it isn't suitable for writing here.
