OMG why do people behave like that? Get well soon, earthlet. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

I am appalled that your MIL would be that way!! Thats really out of order.
I hope you get some 'me' time soon - you seem so rushed and stressed.

PIL gone! Had another incident last night, baby has been very frequently sick, 4 times on me yesterday alone. He has a bad cough and struggles to get everything to stay down. He nearly choked at nursery yesterday and went blue so I am very worried about him. Anyway, I had just been dramatically drenched in sick and MIL saw this and decided that if I got into the bathroom before her she would be late for bed, and so raced up ahead of me to get ready for bed in the bathroom and left me dripping in sick outside the door! HOW SELFISH! Even oh admitted that it was a joke.
Anyway, lots done, lessons planned for 2 weeks, over half my marking done, and the house is relatively clean.
 Still to do:
 - a bit more cleaning
 - finish marking
 - some bits and bobs in the garden
 - small business work
 - pack for day at conference in Cardiff.
 - thank you cards for Chrsitening presents
I'm glad your PIL have gone too - how selfish to do that! I would have taken Earthlet off you for you to clean up and cleaned him up for you. Sounds like your list of jobs is going well, it's never ending though isn't it June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

OMG can't believe your MIL would be so rude and thoughtless, think my head would of blown at that point, you did very well to remain calm on the outside.0
-
I suppose you have to stay calm or you'd have bad feeling. I think OH has finally realised what I have been talking about though. He 'lets them off' cause thay are in their 70s, but I know its just their attitude.
Anyway, thank you cards and some marking done. I will do shopping and gardening and cleaning tonight, and I will also get ready for my marking conference in Cardiff too.
I complained to the hotel we held the Christening at, and they have halved the bill, so £200. They have also offered us a free meal too, but I don't really fancy going back at the moment!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Blimey Earthy, there's me moaning about everything when you've got all this going on! I don't know how you manage it, I really don'tUpdating soon...0

Well done to you on getting the refund from the hotel. Not enough people complain about bad service! I know what you mean about the bill. We were offered a free lunch at a restaurant when we had appalling service for my birthday dinner. But we said no as I was worried about what they might do to my meal in the kitchen!
 Have a good evening,

Thanks he is a lot better now. He just seems really happy all the time!
The conference was fine, but not feeding him for 24 hours was hard for me, he was fine with expressed milk.
What age should I drop the mid afternoon milk? He seems to refuse it at nursery, but want it if its breast fed...I think it will be better to stop the afternoon feed, he has youghurt and fruit and water anyway.
