Head of dept, or anything else that suited really - most things that have come up recently haven't suited me.

Having a bit if a tough evening. Trying to see the opportunity in my problems is hard!

The baby is unwell again and really unsettled. His breathing isn't great and sounds a bit chesty. He is wanting to crawl but can't so he is really frustrated!
opportunity - enjoy him being small when i can, even if it means a bit of frustrated crying, as he will soon grow up!

The ten sample papers i marked have FINALLY came back and i need to mark the essays harder, its just really annoying as it took ages to get them back, and i've got to remark about 150 essays cause my team leader didn't do the job quick enough.

opportunity- spend tomorrow getting the second batch (100) completely ready and send on saturday morning if possible. I am ahead and will feel better getting that second batch right.

off for a relaxing evening and then tomorrow -
remember sample papers and second sample
pack for mums - including laptop, calpol and loads of other things i am bound to forget!!

Hi Earthgirl, i hope you have a nice time at your mums....its lovely visiting family and just being able to relax isnt it? Our DS is six months old and it teething like mad and crying a bit. Its so hard to juggle it all but you are doing a fab job. I am back to work in 8 weeks time and dont know how i will cope as we have 2 other children aswell. I am just going to try and be super organised so its not too stressful, Goodluck with the job hunting.

Thanks wabl, and good luck, I couldn't do it with more than one child - although I suppose you just have to!!

Further bad news, the examiners remarking of my scripts is unclear and contradics the meeting, so I will have to email him and ask for clarification. I can still remark the essays though.

I have booked an appointment for baby at the doctors to see if we can get his breathing sorted out.

We also had to pay £70 to get 2 wasps nests removed yesterday, but the opportunity is that I know what to look out for now and how to treat them with ant powder when they are just starting.:j

Yesterday was a really bad day, I am determined today will be better!

Well the chief examiner replied to my email with apologies and confirmation that I was right, and I now have to go back through the papers of mine he remarked, and mark them back again arghhh.

Anyway, I feel like I know what I am doing a bit more now. I have 8 days to get them all done and the marks put in on the system, which will take all my time and effort this week. After that normal money saving service will resume!!

Had a dreadful day on Friday, despite trying to be really positive about it. Earthlet stopped breathing at nursery an they called an ambulance, I got there at the same time as the ambulance and we spent all of Friday afternoon and evening in hospital to no avail. He is ok, but I have noticed today he holds his breath when he cries, and this is what is causing him to pass out, so I will have to seek more medical advice on this.

I then drove up to my mums and finally got him down at about 2am, so I have been really tired today and not got much marking done. Took earthlet to a village fete and got some books and a couple of tops from the jumble sale for £1.60 all in.

Right back to my marking whilst my mum has the baby!!

You must have been really scared! I hope you figure it out, as it must be very hard to concentrate on anything else.

    Good luck with everything,
