    Hi all
I shall try for “in” again this week – many thanks to FCC for the Fred.
Profound apologies for not returning after we got back from the craft fair yesterday – afraid I sort of “limp-lettuced” on the sofa, totally spoonless.:(
I'm very washed out still, but will potter and see what I can get done.

One thing did make me laugh yesterday – we were looking at a sewing display, and the lady running it was trying hard to flog me stuff I don't need, and very probably would never use, so I said that I don't really have a lot of time for sewing, once my housework is done (bear in mind I was in the wheelchair, so it'd have been obvious that I can't just zip round and do cleaning). She went into a whole 10-minute lecture about how she never does housework, people come to see her not her house, if her husband wants a clean house he can clean it himself, and even boasted, yes boasted about how her ornaments are so dusty that they look like they're covered in snow!:eek::eek: My face must've been a picture – I was horrified, if not traumatised!_pale_

    Neveah what a sweet puppy!:happyhear

Mumof2 how about we prop each other up for the time being?:o Just an idea – do you have a spare clock that you can set for the time where DH is going to? Have a note on it (Post-It or something) to say that it's set to “DH/Daddy time” so that you and the kids don't have to sit and work it out every time?;)

Lady L sending safe-and-stress-free-move vibes. Wishing you much happiness in your new home.:happylove (I realise this is a tad late, but maybe one of the others will pass the message on for me).;)

CY I had a look at your DD1 and her friend's videos a short while ago; very well done to the pair of them.:o

Sammiell I hope the police/childline can help. What horrid, horrid little baggages. Sending be-strong vibes to your DD.:o

M0neysav3r welcome, welcome, welcome!:D I agree, having it written down helps focus the mind on what you need to do.;)

Right, I'm going to try for a spot of lunch, then press on; at least the medicine cupboard is easy; being on 6 prescription meds, I check it at least once a week to see if any need re-ordering.:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Ive never had dealings with the police before_pale_ better get cleaned up then :o

Don't worry about tidying up for them, I am sure your house is fine and no where near as bad as some they will visit. DH used to tell me of some of the horrors he saw, they were usually ones where he would not sit down and would not have a drink if offered one ;) Hope they can help, the fact that someone is coming means they should as it is bound to be one of their target areas statisically so they will want a result.

I shall try and get somewhere with the GP tomorrow.
    Thank You!

Samiell: the youth group at church???
    Shakes head in disbelief:(

Hi, have arranged for a large basket of spoons to take a virtual trip round the flyers and loved ones. The basket is propped on top of a cocktail cabinet (alcoholic  and non alcoholic beverages :coffee:are in stock), so please help yourself:D

Will be back to check the Monday flying list after finishing work and going to a meeting... I wonder if the contents of the laundry basket will have made its way into the washer:think:

Hi Twinnie, we can definitely prop each other up and I think your idea of resetting a clock to Daddy time is excellent! Glad you had a good time at the fair but sorry you were so wiped out afterwards. I'm like you with meds - have to have Warfarin and need supplies of 5,3,1 and .5mg so always checking the cabinet!

AnW'sMum, well done - big round of applause :T:T:T. Feels good doesn't it to start to get things sorted.

Just spent 30 mins decluttering a huge pile of post DH hadn't even opened  - luckily nothing ominous in there. He's told me he finds it overwhelming when he has piles of paper around so can I take over opening the post etc - erm, let me think about it, YES - result :j:j:j!! I used to be a PA pre-kids so this is like sorting a boss out lol!

Right off for a walk now with S and Pip. Dear little S hasn't taken off his Winnie The Pooh bike helmet since he rode his bike to take Z to school, looks sooo cute!

Just popping in for a lunchtime update. Need to see what is left to do.

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One
Sweep and mop floor - Had a quick vaccum but will do properly later.
    [STRIKE]Clear and wipe worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Wipe units and appliances.. [/STRIKE]
Clear and wipe table.. clean cloth!
    Level Three
    Scrub out the fridge
[STRIKE]Clean oven and hob![/STRIKE] Even did microwave!
    Clear window sills of gibble!
    Extras
    Binbag dance
    HHI
    Wipe small appliances
Clean out the medicine cupboard/first aid box.. restock as required! Half way through. Cupboard downstairs is emptied. Just got to go through all the bits and then sort upstairs. Going to get some storage boxes instead of cabinet for it all.

Could have sworn I saw about blinds....maybe I forgot to copy that bit, lol.

OH did go to start them but then it began to rain for all of 5 minutes. So after a quick dinner of pie n chips (Really cba to cook!) will get on with them.
