I will not be beaten by depression today

Fight it - as a fellow sufferer I know what you're going through. Can you get outside for a little bit; even just to have a potter around in the garden? Do something you really like doing and don't let the bully of depression beat you cos that's what it is - a big old bully. Sending go away vibes to pesky old BD and (((hugs))) to you.

Toots, glad I'm not the only one who hates meal planning! Going to check out the mp threads later on.

DH is airborne - just checked the Heathrow departures; at least he hasn't had to hang around too long by the looks of it.

Done my typing now so ought to think about something for tea for me and the monsters. Hmmmmmm....

Just got to clean the floor now and mop but will do that after tea, as need a sit down. Going to have a shower shortly and then try on the new clothes that came today ... hope they fit. :o

toots.. could you prepare yourself a little snack for later now before you go out.. a salad or pasta with chicken or something easy and quick? I would be ready for another big meal by 8pm if I ate at 4pm!!!

Dinner done just needs slopping out.. but my back is killing and I can't stand for more than a minute or 2.. :(

aj hopefully having the wedding to focus on now will help OH (((hugs))) to you both x

We are both very excited about it and with only 8 weeks to go it has come at the right time. The last few weeks and turning our attention to the wedding has brought us closer too which is a good thing.

Just come back from giving notice at the registry office so everything is official now! I also managed to find the energy to make our rolls up for the week. 3 things left to do on my own flying list for the day and then I may treat myself to a bath :D

thanks for that pigpen - thats a good plan - I might just see what I can rustle up now that is healthier than what I would normally scoff:D
can you delegate to the older ones with you sitting surpervising or can you do it sitting down? They need to help more and you need to take heed of your body:p is it the travelling from the weekend that has made it worse again?
    toots xx

OK, went and opened my fridge to get the mayo out and the light wasn't working. The fridge still appears to be working but just not the light. Do fridge light bulbs wear out too?

    Sorry :o:o
