    Morning all,
Lovely weather for washing again which is just as well as despite doing 3 loads yesterday WM is full again.
Lots of gardening to do, it is good weather for that as well thankfully.
Tea tonight is roast chicken with left overs saved for curry tomorrow.
NPM hope you get your work sorted out soon. you could do with a break from the stress.

    Morning all.

HH Did you get your dress cut out yesterday?

NPM Was just reading through the link that you put. I just pray that if I ever come across a child who has autism or PDS or another sometimes hidden disorder, that I don't judge them or their parents. It has got to be one of the most difficult things in the world and I take my hat off to you for not having lost the plot completely. What's the problem with handing your notice in while you are off on the sick? It would be better than going back to work for a few days to do it, then going off again. It's different if you have a great relationship with your work colleagues, but if it is a horrible unit to work in as you say, then why do it to yourself? I have worked with other staff before who have been off sick and handed in their notice. What's the worst that can happen? That people talk about you? Surely that would say more about them than you. You do what is right for you and your family. Soon work will just be a memory, but your family and life will be reality.

I got another big bed planted on the lottie yesterday and got all my tomato plants in. Felt so good. Oh, forgot to say.... the other day when I was up there digging, I looked around and there was a deer standing on my plot, maybe 10 yards away from me!!!:D By the time I got my phone out to take a pic to show the kids, it had walked off. Saw it again later and a beautiful pheasant which has a funny honking call and stalks around like he owns the place. So lovely to see, that is, until they start eating my plants!!!

Morning HH and all those who are still in the land of nod :D

I've been awake since just after 6  - DD2 woke up, dressed herself and is in front of tv with an orange and a glass of water, dogs have all been out for the toilet and I've put the TD on. So I thought I'd grab a drink and head back up to bed with my laptop to get my OS fix :D .

DD1 (and a dog) are also on the bed - DD1 has been bed wetting again :( We had almost a year of dry beds and then one of the dogs was pts and she started again. They've got a trip away with school coming up and she's been stressing herself out that it's going to happen while she's away - the more she stresses, the more she wets and now we're back to every night :( We went to the doctors before, who referred us to the school nurse, so I've been trying to get back in touch with them but no joy yet - I've left answerphone messages and been to see school secretary who has tried to contact them too - hopefully they'll be in touch soon cos she's not a happy bunny about it.

B/F today will be fresh fruit salad with natural yoghurt, lunch roast chicken dinner and tea - salad.

I've got lots of washing that needs to be done, grass needs cutting and carpets need a good going over - not to mention the dusting :o I'll be flying again this week though

My business has really taken off :D:cool: so I often find myself answering e-mails and doing research at silly times of day just because I love it and it's something that I'm passionate about ... however ... I need a work/life balance and this is something that I'm really aware of because I often feel the need to collapse in a heap and do NOTHING for a whole day :( Today may well be one of those days ;) Sunday = day of rest

Hope everyone has a lovely chilled out day too and huge big HUGS to all those who want/need them.

Sorry to hear about DD1, keep trying with the school nurse! Have you tried getting some of those underjams for her, they are not too bulky to wear and would help with the sheets and the bed!

Not too sure how old she is! At least you can get the sheets dried outside this weather!

I am going to be off sick next week and then the week after I hand my notice in. Not sure what to do...I may have to force myself in to work for my 2 days to hand notice in, then go off sick again.
I just feel rude posting my notice in whilst off sick....has anyone else here done that?

Yes I posted my notice whilst off sick. Its perfectly acceptable xx

    Good Morning x
Feeling moochy today and CBA. Need to buck my ideas up though as house is very messy this morning. Im behind on everything at the moment:eek::eek::eek: Still cleaner is coming tomorrow so need to tidy up so that its easy for her to clean round.

Might wobble off to the kitchen and look for inspiration. Hugs x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Morning chums and NPM God bless you you are doing an amazing job trying to cope .Don't fret about your notice love just think about your healthits far more important along with your family than anything else in the world at the moment.
Well my porch is done and I only have to go around the paintwork edges with a cloth to erase any tiny bits of emulsion that got on my gleaming skirting board.
I was going to go to get some shopping today but after a good look in the fridge and cupboards I can make do until tomorrow with what I have got.Tomorrow night I will be travelling up to Stanstead to pick up my brother as he flies in from France.I am so looking forward to seeing him ,especially after his heart scare a couple of months ago.It must be at least 18 months since he was over and we are both not getting any younger so every day at our age is precious. He will stay with me until Tuesday night then he is off to Bromley to his sons and on Wednesday he and his son are flying to Cork to visit his daughter who lives there. So he is doing the family rounds whilst he is here.My sis-ilaw from Faversham is coming up on Tuesday morning to see him (she was married to my eldest brother until he sadly passed away 10 years ago) soI think I may splash out on a nice meal for us three at a local pub for lunch.Nt money saving I know but its is not something that happens that often that we all get together.
I will be off to my DD's early today as I have to watch the children whilst her and her OH take their old washing machine to the tip.Its on its last legs and DD has been offered an almost new one for nothing from one of her clients who is moving house.DDs washing machines do take a pounding as they are on twice a day every day of the year -one of the joys of having a large family- so hers never last more than a couple of years at the most.
dinner will be at Dds and I think we are having lamb which is a favourite of us all.
Right I'm off to have some breakfast,I hope everyone has a good day whatever they are doing
Take care and <<hugs>> to those in need

JackieO Enjoy your time with your brother. It sounds like a lovely trip has been planned for him. Well done on getting the painting done. Very satisfying isn't it?

    Morning Hester and all

NPM that's tough, hugs hun. Have had a productive weekend, planted up a load of seeds yesterday, lots of plans for the garden this year as it's now mine following the split from my husband. Want to build some raised beds and need to get down to my local timberyard to price it up. Am quite excited about the challenge of it all. Lovely and sunny here today but really need some rain the ground is like concrete.

Plans today is ironing, some cleaning and will take DS swimming later, no homework this weekend which is good. Need to have a freezer week next week, so need to go and have a peek. Dinner will be roast made with left over turkey from Christmas. Then work tonight.

    Have a good day all

    Morning all

Think I need some  today, feeling a tad fragile! :rotfl:. I had a great evening at my neighbours, at the last minute we decided to dress up for Eurovision, so I wore a red&white stripey top with jeans, and red Chanel-esque bag to go for the French look! We played Eurovision bingo, and had such a laugh :D. Left there at midnight, kissed toyboy goodbye as he was going out to town with his friend, and then must have passed out in bed! Never slept so deeply in my life! I had 3 missed calls off the toyboy from the early hours, but didn't hear my phone go at all, which is so unlike me! Jut had some brekkie so hopefully will feel more human soon.

Today I need to finish off my last uni assignment - just got 500 words to add, then need to edit it a bit. I finished my teaching portfolio yesterday :j I'll be so happy if I can get it all finished today.

OS wise - not much as washing baket is empty and flat is tidy  :rotfl:. I do really need to go food shopping today so if I go then I'll also take recycling to the tip enroute.

I'm meant to be going to cinema with the toyboy later tonight :D so need to have a look and see what is on.

    Have a good day all
