Regardless, no money has entered my bank account, thus no item will be leaving my shelves until it is paid. :money:

did not go into your paypal account because you gave the buyer the WRONG email address.

even ebay advises in these situations to CALL buyer to try and sort the situation, but as you seem to refuse to do this, it seems that you have made this up to get attention.

i deal with clients worldwide and expect clients to use email or live chat, but if they cant write good english i will always call them, they may be bad at reading english but understand spoken english.

anyway it will be your ebay account closed for breaking they policies

By the way there have been site announcements about frivolous reporting of posts, I feel your days here are numbered.

I know how to run an ebay business, and I know how to deal with customers. And I'm not the only one to give you the same advice.

Thank you for your advice. :money:

No it's not like that, the person at the vending machine has their money back, your victim does not.

Incorrect, as stated by other members, after 30 days the payment is reversed. :money:

    Incorrect. Yes I did. :money:

If you took and acted on the advice given by soolin last month what is this thread about? Yet another buyer who paid you into the email address you had added incorrectly into your ebay listing, that then makes you the victim.

Your first line of the thread

Title says it all, really. My email was mis-spelt. The buyer has "paid", but for me all it says is "Claim your Payment" and there's nothing to go from there

If the buyer hadn't paid you would have said, I sold something on 13th April, buyer still hasn't paid.

And that makes it ok to ignore your poor innocent customer, who probably isn't aware of the refund does it??

Simmed must be a troll. No-one gives anyone their email address on Ebay. Payments are automatically debited from a buyer to a seller without anyone needing to write their email address.

The advice given by soolin did not work, as the buyer failed to follow the advice given to her in the message I sent her, and has ignored the same instructions I sent days/weeks ago.
