I know I'm a miracle worker and all that, but really, despite recent events I am not jesus. I have no facial hair for a start.

Was only joking about the pee. I've only ever been got in the eye, and that was bad, now back to topic....

    Hi ken

So, I am a broker and you would take my advice with a pinch of salt ?

Let me get this right. This board is all about mortgages, yes ?

    I am a mortgage broker.

People who don't know alot about mortgages come here to get advice on mortgages, yes ?

Now, who do you think would have the most knowledge to inpart about the said mortgages that people come here to ask questions about ? Builders, carpenters or mortgage brokers ? It's not a difficult question is it.

As for "without bias". What the hell do I care about bias ? I have no links, nobody can contact me, I have quite enough work to be going on with thankyou very much, so I just tell it as it is and try and help people.

You do none of the above.
    Thank-you for your support

I'm sorry but i'm very much going to go into individual posters because all the problems of late relate to one posters actions.

If you read the threads as I do, it always comes down to kenshaz stirring it. Some others may be to polite to say, but I'm not one to beat around the bush.

Of course he has the right to input, and I'm all for free speach, but he doesn't actually input anything, just lazily posting the same old links to the guides and L&C which anyone can read for themselves (the links are pretty obvious afterall). It gets up my nose when I spend a good 15 minutes trying to help someone with a reasoned post just to be denegrated by kenshaz.

Thank goodness theres someone who is prepared to stand their ground. Well done Leon W
  • Can we just drop this now please and get back to the original topic. Kenshaz has agreed not to continue in his current manner and that should be good enough for anyone. I stand by my ground that wrongdoings have been done, but move past it, let go of it, that was yesterday and this is now. Whatever you do or say to kenshaz now is not going to change what has already been done or said. likewise Kenshaz whatever you say to the brokers - nothings going to change. We all have our own opinoins and we dont all agree. Lets agree to disagree, nobody needs to have to last word - lets all have a reasonable amount of perspective here - in the grand scale of things this is not important now - worry and deliberate about the things that really count

  • Kenshaz I'm asking you to drop it please. there is room for humour in these threads, there always has been. Lets all stop the personal attacks.

Yes I would take your advice or personal comments with a pinch of salt ,you have no proven credentials as far as I am concerned you come to this forum without any status ,rights or privileges .Those who sell mortgages give bad and good advice ,those who post on this forum are subject to the same rules irrespective of who they are.
The fact that you have no links to assist you in conducting your business does not mean that other's do not,I did not decide to make this personal you did.
I have professional skills ,but it is not necessary for me to declare it to the world or open forum .I also have opinions ,interests and hobbies, which also remain private ,but that does not prevent me from having the right to debate any subject.I feel that the reader should have the right to judge your credentials by what you post not what you state in a signature.
I scrutinize all posts that I consider of interest,if they breach my principles I have the right to speak ,a fundamental right.
I have read your personal generalisations about me,they are opinions and are not specific, they are biased and inaccurate.
I suggest you read through some of the personal comments made by other brokers,a majority have been removed by the moderators because they considered them abusive, but it will give you a taste of what I have been subjected to,so please do not make sweeping statements without any basis.

Ken Shaz (is that short for Sharon?) I think at times we are on a similar wave length, but I think the way you have conducted yourself recently is really poor. Yes you have principles but there are clearly good guys (and girls?) posting on this site that you need to cut a bit of slack.

Its inevitable that your going to get the occasional "hijacker" but long stayers intentions must be genuine.

    Yeh, whatever Ken.

I posted the olive branch but you continue on your crusade.

Yes, we all come to this board without any rights, status or priveledge. But believe me, I wouldn't come on the board saying I was a broker when I was not, so I think that actually gives me a platform from which I know my subject (mortgages) to try and help people that don't know so much about the subject (mortgages).

What qualifications do you have Ken ?

A degree in playdoh sculpture ?

Look, people come on these boards looking for help, I, and the other brokers are willing to give it from a qualified, educated, professional background.

Your last post is typical of all the posts that have resulted in this thread.

There's me trying to help and you're just P*ssing all over it.
