Righty Ho Ken
You really are a bit of a wheeze !
Sorry I can't post a longer reply but I have been helping people on the message boards with genuine mortgage problems that I find to be much more important than the twaddle you are posting here.
Edit. Why don't you edit your posts again Ken ? Can't write something down and stick by it ?0 -

Glad to see your memory is a good as mine. I found your input on the thread at the time was bizarre, in the same way as thanking Martin for closing a thread today? To be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -

Are you saying theres something wrong with questioning someone's motives?
You of all people, the Robin Hood of the threads0 -
Goodness I landed on this thread by chance and have not been following any of the arguments. I am quite shocked. Since I am here I thought I´d add my opinion as someone who does not dwell on this board and came here simply because she is buying a house.
I came here for information on mortgages. Just general information not actual advice. If I wanted advice I would contact a specialist. I hoped to read about other people´s experiences... builders, carpenters and other ordinary people with mortgage experience. I don´t think this chat forum gives ófficial advice as such, that is what makes it so free and so useful.
Although I am sure that the mortgage brokers do really help people, I also wonder if they occasionally manage to push products or sell things by helping people. Maybe not, either way I hope my opinions haven´t caused any offence!24.06.14 12 st 12 lb (waist 45" at fattest part of belly)
