Tired of looking on there now.0 -
the order i made with a despatch estimate of 23rd may is being delivered today, it was sent on the 16th. the other order i made was apparently sent out on 13th may, no sign of it and no tracking info. weird!
Same here fazeypie. The half order I received today was apparently sent out on 16th but still no sign of the order sent on the 13th. Very strange..•¨¨*:•..•

I've not had any mony taken out of my bank yet but know my order has been dispatched. How long does it normally take for them to process payments?0

I've ordered from them a few times.....and it could be that they dispatched the 1st order via snail mail rather than via Courier (especially if it's say a couple of t-shirts or something).
That's happened to me before, so i wouldn't worry too much.0 -
Please, please, anyone with problems please check out my post https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3195060
there are some serious flaws with the H&M website and you shouldn't think of it as a regular high street store website like newlook. It even makes debehams look great.
There stock isnt linked with the website and the problems I have had so far include, waiting 2 months for delivery, no delivery updates or notifications, a cancelled order, no notifications, a discount withdrawal, a product that hasnt arrived and a full price bill as they didnt take payment from my card and its just not the way i would expect things to work!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0 -
does anyone know what happens if i want to return an item but it would then take the total i paid down to £1.87 so under the minimum spend of £6. would they take part of the £15 discount off?
i paid £11.45 for 5 dresses after discount. the dress i want to return is £7.99. how does it work?0 -

Oh dear! just read the posts!
My order dispatched on the 18th May, and they have taken payment, I hope it turns up!0 -
Has anyone tried editing their basket after placing an order? I've just been into one of my orders that is showing as pending and removed an item as I changed my mind about it. I noticed the £15 discount still applied even though my order was left at 1p before delivery....hmmmmm do you think they'd remove the codes?0

You did good there!
I'd cut my losses and keep the dress & maybe list it on Ebay or something.0
