    I'm really confused, I ordered some stuff the other day and I've just been on the tracking and it says it was dispatched yesterday. They haven't taken any money out of my bank account which I find a bit strange, has this happened to anybody else?

    ine have arrived but are just too long for me...Does anyone know if I can return to the store and exchange without the delivery note (i've binned it my mistake!)

    or perhaps return to store and ask to exchange but say you can't find the receipt.

    I paid £ 27.99 for 6 items and i returned today 1 jacket + 1 top. They gave me a voucher card for £ 24.99 so it's like i paid 4 tee-shirts + 1 swimming costume for less than £4.00 (i did used the £ 5 and £ 10 discount)....too good

    You need the delivery note as they need to scan it

    items bought online have a different price tag to those on sale instore as i returned two items today and they said they'd have to put one on refundcard
