how does returns in store work? i got a bag and i want to exchange it for a different one the bag i got was £30 and it went down to about £12 when i got it and the bag i want to exchange it for is £25!!.. can i just say i lost the delivery note and get them to exchange?!?!

Have you tried tracking your order, my order had a tracking link which took me to it's status on the hermes website. I do think they are 1 of the slower couriers.

Mine didn't have a tracking link and kept showing as dispatched for ages but turned up today.

So anyone in the same boat, sit tight.

Thankyou, I have just looked on my account and 2 items are ready for delivery 30 May and another 1 item is not ready to be delivered until 13 -17 June, the first 2 are holiday items that I need asap and the other item I could cancel, as can manage without, how do I go about cancelling it!!!!!!!! can't find anything on website to cancel an order, do I have to ring up???

Could say you got it as a gift no receipt ..but i think with most other stores they give refund /exchange at the lowest / last selling price which would be could be £12

I have received all three orders now, thank you so much OP, brilliant work!!!

They never merged the accounts and i was charged delivery on all three, but not complaining still terrific buy. Even though two orders arrived together in two separate parcels today.

I may just try another, daughter wants a MAC
