the order i made with a despatch estimate of 23rd may is being delivered today, it was sent on the 16th. the other order i made was apparently sent out on 13th may, no sign of it and no tracking info. weird!

great- i ordered 2 pairs of shoes and only 1 pair has turned up i am now in what will most likely be a very long phone queue

Has anyone had a dispatch email? I've had nothing back since I first ordered. I really hope they honour my order as I brought some lovely dresses

Im a bit miffed because they have changed the amount I owe them. I had placed an order and got the £15 off. That was delivered, all well and good. I then placed another order a few days later (different email same address). Got the £15 off that one. They must have made the connection and merged the accounts. Now when I look at my pending orders they have charged me full price (no £15 off the second order). Has anyone else had this?

Anyone having trouble with the H&M website today? Haven't been able to get on all day. Wanted to track my order

Are these still working? I've been trying to order some stuff but everytime I click on checkout I get a message saying "H&M ONLINE IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE". It was doing this last night too, I don't want to keep trying if the codes aren't working anymore.

i logged on early this morning, and my order was still there, but it says dispatch about 30 may- 5 june so it looks like I will have to wait a while

It was still working yesterday, I ordered some clothes at 11 pm, but it took me a while to do it because of all the error messages... It's been impossible for me to enter their site today, so hopefully they will fix their problems soon...
