i used 2 different names but same address & save payment on 2 different e mails, i also made the orders on different days but they didnt get despatched until a few days later, so i guess the accounts were merged just so they could be delivered together, they still came in 2 different parcels. they merged the accounts but both order still showed the discount but i only got charged for p+p once HTHWho would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

Does anyone know if they've been cancelling orders for using the codes? I placed an order yesterday and when I log in to my account it says Ive not made any orders although they were showing yesterdayMFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

Mine too are showing same delivery date etc. Two accounts, two diff email addresses, same postal address, 1 in my name, other in hubby's :rotfl::rotfl:Even time will never heal these scars0 -

strange, very strange. Check if you somehow used another email account and setup two accounts. I placed mine yesterday too. Both still there.Even time will never heal these scars0 -

Really??? So you got it even cheaper? So the total amount can be changed by them to increase or decrease? Scary!!!
Why would they merge the accounts if two diff names? Shouldn't really do that should they? It's ok for us because we know we're doing it on purpose, but what if two genuine customer living under the same roof decide to open two accounts?
Not complaining, just want everything to go through smoothly :beer:Even time will never heal these scars0 -

I did two orders one one Sunday and one yesterday after reading about the merging. It doesn't seem to have happened on mine
It looks like my first was despatched today, and I'll have to wait til the 30th for the other.
I did different names, and email addys, but same bank account and delivery address. Weird thing was I got the confirmation to the same email??!!0 -
