H&M code stacking for bargains

i'm curious is anyone else has the same thing happening to them

thus far i haven't had a dispatch email however on the site it says it was dispatched may 17th. yesterday when i clicked on the tracking information link it didn't seem to be working and said something about them awaiting information

now it DOES appear the hermes page is working properly but it still says they're waiting for information on my parcel despite the fact that it was supposedly dispatched yesterday...

i have no actual idea when i'm going to receive these but i wish i would soon, my daughter is pestering me about when they'll arrive as they are things for her room

My order from 11th May says was dispatched on 12th but no sign of it and no link for tracking info given. How long are other parcels taking to arive?

mine took 2 days i think to appear on hermes correctly with tracking details and said the same about awaiting information, it wil happen soon so dont worry:T

Hi there, yes I've found it difficult to get any info via tracking link on h&m. One order said delivery on the 13th but only dispatched yesterday, another order said 'out for delivery' a couple of days ago but when I tried to track yesterday I got the bit about awiting info. I think the most reliable way to find out your order is on it's way is if you get an email from h&m which I got yesterday and my order arrived today. hth :-)

Yeah its really odd - as far as I know Ive never registered on the site before with a different email, but I have the confirmation email sent to my usual email address but as I said when I login to H&M with this my orders have disappeared...Really strange because I have no idea if they are going to becoming or not now - I selected payment slip with order if that makes any difference, was thinking maybe they cancelled it because of that?

This has happened to me too in spite of the fact that this morning it was in the dispatched section. The money seems to have been ear marked from my bank account so hoping that it will still turn up but if not will just cancel the part that hasn't arrived yet. I don't think that they are cancelling codes because I tried them on a new account and they still work so hopefully this is just a website error and both our orders will turn up

I ordered a pair of trousers at 14.99 and a shirt at 7.99

The trousers came today and the slip says that due to the £15 discount only £3.91 (postage) has been debited from my card.

The shirt was estimated to be sent in June so I have gone on and cancelled that order.

Looks like I got a £15 pair of trousers for the bargain price of £3.91

I placed three orders on three different accounts, two say dispatched exactly like you have stated but mine say 18.5, but no email, no tracking.

strange, do update us on what happens with yours as yours were dispatched supposedly before mine.
