JC - download from here. http://pages.ebay.co.uk/turbo_lister/
then you can create your listings at odd times and then pop them on to start when you know the finish times are going to get you the most money (evenings and whatnot)
Its the only way I can really manage to get any sort of thing done to get loads finishing on a sunday night.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Well, I failed at money juggling this month, I had my dates wrong and not all my direct debit money was in the day before the dd was collected, so I had a bank charge and I am kicking myself for it.
Now thats what greeted me when I got home. My issue is, I had money in the bank, and it was in my savings account and I transferred it immediately the next day - the day the DD was due. However this doesnt seem to hold any water with the call centre staff.
I shall write a letter to complain, but its very disheartening.
OK... thats that vented.
My ebay has been bid up to £56 now. That will be most lovely to have in. I also have 39 watchers on one of my items. Lets hope that gets more bids.
I am looking forwards to the weekend and planning my work to be done. It gets me away from work. I am having issues with a work colleague, nothing major, but we are a small team, and its her birthday next week, and I am the only member of the team not to be invited.
I didnt realise she didnt like me! I suppose I am irritating. Nevermind. I get on well with the rest of the team.
Last night I cleaned upstairs, just needs a hoover and my bad changing today, but the windows are sparking and the smell of cleaning products is immediately apparent when you go up, its lovely!
DH and DS are having their home together day today, and the washing machine repair man is calling. I have drawn what I can out of the cashpoint, and I am prepared to pay up to £60 for a repair, if its more than that I will just move the machine from the other house and start saving for a Miele.
Lunchtime, I need to get a present for DH gran, a card, some cheese and some milk for bechamel sauce (doing lasagna to freeze tonight) so it seems my half hour lunch will disappear into not actually having a lunch.
Plan tonight:
1. Leave work a little early to go for medical leave, see GP.
2. Pop to the other house, empty washer of load I put on this morning, refill washer.
3. Take wet washing home, get changed, peg out washing and cut lawn.
4. Hoover Upstairs
5. Iron for half an hour or until tea is ready
6. Play in garden with DS while DH clears kitchen
7. Baking and cooking night! Chocolate cake with cherries, bacon and stilton scones, mince and onion pie, french apple tart, and a couple of lasagnas one for the freezer and one for tomorrow nights tea. If I have any raw mince left over, I will do some home made burgers and pop them in the freezer too.
Just need to get through today and then can concentrate on getting some things done at home.

Have just read your entire thread - I'm a fan!:j
Well done, being debt free is clearly as important to you as it is to me! Difference is it sounds like your debt was mainly from a marriage where your husband spent most - I am practically solely responsible for my debt.
Onwards and upwards, fabulous diary, I'm a follower to see if I can pinch any ideas. You have remotivated my ebay listings!!!LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Hi gargrave - it doesnt matter where it comes from and I allowed it to happen so I took it all on board!
I just want rid of it, but Im not afraid of using some credit which is manageable to get where I need to be - like the credit cards and whatnot. So dont take too much notice of me !
I like the idea of making money and decluttering and ebay is an ideal tool isnt it.
I am constantly decluttering and sorting and finding more things to list.Theres a thread on here "things you never thought you could sell" and I subscribe and look in, sometimes add to it if I have sold something bizarre, and get general inspiration from.
Also the meal planning is good, cooking with mince alot and making stuff for the freezer saves on takeaway temptations.
Just handed in the completed passport from no 2 its close to where I work so did it on my break. With luck my passport will take "between 4 and 10 working days" to materialise.
I also, have spent money, in order to save some money, and purchased a 5 star rated steam cleaner from Amazon (via quidco, naturally) for 18 pounds.
I spend a fortune on oven cleaner and stuff and while I will still use flash for floors etc, I should be able to make great use of it.
Im going to add "declutter small bedroom" to my list of things to do. Last night I did a clean of DD2 room, its lovely now.
I shall make my list!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
I have just spent an hour in a chilly windy garden, potting on my courgette plants. DS was thrilled as after the monsoon yesterday kept him indoors (apart from a visit to DH gran) he had no outdoor time. I am rather excited as currently my ebay stands at 146 pounds which will come in most useful for the holidays.
The doctors went ok, I shall be seeing a counsellor. I cant carry on with these silly moods.
This week I made a lasagna on cooking night, a massive mince onion and carrot pie, a chocolate cake and a french apple tart (DH favourite) I am missing DD2, no further texts received, just hope shes having fun.
We ate the lasagna on Saturday night as a friend was over.
This morning I went to our local co-op and got some reduced steaks and pork and some smelly blue cheese for DH.
Yesterday, the washing machine was repaired and its been on today, despite the odd light shower things are drying as its so windy.Just as well I have a washer at the other house, it means I dont have a HUGE amount, but still, there was enough that its onto its third load today.
All the ironing is up to date, DS bedroom has been decluttered and more in the ebay pile, I found the bits for the cabriofix car seat so I shall be sorting that to list on ebay. I may still do a few more listings before my holidays, I am inspired by the total for this week!
Only 9 days to work until my holidays, makes it substantially more palatable that its back to the grind tomorrow.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Thats a great total for your e-bay sales. It'll come in very handy for hols

Its Monday!
My ebay sales were 240 pounds yesterday, and I have a couple of high value items finishing in the next couple of days too.
I am over the moon.
DH ill again today, oddly, so I dropped DS at childminder and he was clingy so hope he isnt coming down with it too.
Had to pay for parking today unfortunately - parking in staff car park tomorrow thanks be, so should make things a bit easier, both for time and money, as its 6 pounds a day to park and it really mounts up.
I am also starving today so will go to the staff canteen, had a bad night and its wrong but I have to have something.
Watched torchwood last night and did some more ebay listings, am going to have some more on before I go on holiday!!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Im here....still lurking
That is a fab amount!! Helps boost the holiday fund :j
Not so great to hear about the badnight, illness and parking costs though!! Hope everyone is better for your hols

Thanks princess, glad youre still about.
Oh these things come in threes, and I seem to be able to get by on very little sleep, but that means I do the nightshift with DS if required and then go to work.... the first three nights I find manageable but then things start to go bad. I end up seeing things!
Am so looking forward to my holidays, only 9 working days to go, should be brilliant.Trying to shift that debt!0
