:mad::mad::mad::mad: lloyds bank :mad::mad:
Ive been talking to a lovely man at the ombudsman service. Have had to send on to him copies of letters, mails etc, as I am disputing (too bliddy right I am) the fact that Lloyds say I owe them 7 thousand pounds.:eek:
I have letters stating that I have paid my account in full with no further sums owing.:A PPI which was outstanding on the account was sent via cheque to me, not put against the account.:T Yet lloyds who have not contacted me themselves, have instructed various debt collectors to harangue me and in fact wont talk to me as they say the account isnt there....:( Moorcroft, who were lovely I must say, got copies of the correspondence from me and merely returned the file to Lloyds, but Lloyds arent letting it go, and instead are just sending it elsewhere, so I contacted the ombudsman. I had no excuse.Anyway, its so very stressful. Any advice would be golden thanks in advance for any tips...
paid more off Amex and Rise today and have instructed the architect.
