    I got mine within a week of returning old clicker.
    I too had massive problems transmitting since the summer but touch wood it seems to be going OK now. I lost count of the number of times I uninstalled and reinstalled and the number of " new " clickers - i.e. refurbished old ones ! they sent before it worked though

    Hope you get your points soon.

    I'm having huge problems transmitting my barcodes too. Never had a problem before but nothing is sorting it out.

    I didn't know they did a triple points thing in December before.
  • Yeah we are having problems transmitting it's getting really frustrating

    i think there must be some sort of problem their end, as i too keep getting the transmission error 3 message (every week), normally when i reinstall drivers it works, but it didn't this week. i contacted them, hoping they'll send me a new scanner (as i still use the old one), but they just said they'll send me new batteries (don't know if that'll work).

    anyone having problems transmitting, ask them to add your points still, as they will do that, i got 1000 points manually added by them when they told me they were sending out the new batteries.

    Hi, Just discovered this thread and have just read the last page and I can add that I had about 6 weeks of problems with my clicker and transmitting mainly since installing the Webview software and my laptop finally crashed on Monday and my husband had to re-install everything!!!:mad:
    Most weeks through fiddling with the USB cable at different angles and re-installing the USB software etc.. for about 1 hour or more each time I was able to transmit but for 2 weeks I couldn't at all and lost out on my 2 weeks points. I e-mailed them several times and went through a new clicker, new USB cable and finally a new serial lead and it transmitted but left me with needing new batteries through having it plugged in for so long!!! Reading your problems on here I am really hoping that this is the end of it...:rolleyes: but now I'm not so sure. I think I still have the old clicker too - is the new one the one on their home page? I was sent a questionaire yesterday to fill in about my experiences as a member and I voiced my views (a little - cause I don't want to get chucked off) but I would like to know too if we are getting triple points for transmitting this month too cause previous years we have and it will make the last few frustrating weeks and losing points worth it (a bit!!).

    We are aware that this is a busy time of year and it can be difficult to find the time to scan all of the extra shopping you are getting in for Christmas. As a thank you for the extra effort that you make we would like to give you a 6,000 points Christmas Bonus!
    We will pay the Christmas Bonus to all qualifying homes on Monday January 11th.
    In order to qualify for the Christmas Bonus you need to transmit your barcodes in each of the three weeks from Monday 14th December to Sunday January 3rd.
    On the 11th of January we will give you 6,000 points if you are still active on the panel and have transmitted your barcodes in each of these three weeks:
    • 14th December to 20th December
    • 21st December to 27th December
    • 28th December to 3rd January
    You should still receive your weekly points every Monday as usual over the Christmas period.

  • I transmitted my codes last week using the new clicker for the first time. This week it wont let me as I keep getting the error message saying the clicker is not connected.
