I have been invited to Join too, filled out the online registation the other day so just waiting for my clicker.
I am pretty excited too ( sad I know )
But the way I see it for 10mins when the shopping arrives it will buy some of my christmas shopping next year

I received my new scanner and have downloaded the driver and plugged it into usb as told. Computer recognises the new item but I cannot transmit my codes. The site keeps coming up with code 3 error as if it is not attached properly! Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do? I am wondering if my usb port is the problem but am not savvy enough to know what to do. I never had the problem with the previous cable that plugged into back of tower (the cable that screwed in - told you I wasn't savvy in these things!) I've emailed them but am hoping they don't take me off the programme

First question is are using internet explorer because you cannot use Firefox to transmit data.

Thanks albionwarrior for your reply and yes I am using IE. I had no trouble transmitting in the past, it is just since the new clicker arrived and we started using the USB cable!

I was having the same problem with my new clicker, this is what i was told to try. it did work for me after this but the driver of the website wouldnt work so i installed the one of the cd , hope it works for you

Thank you so much Alienbuffy - I'm glad it is not just me having problems. I have followed all your instructions (thanks for making them so clear also), reinstalled driver etc, unfortunately I'm still having no luck. It seems to be either my computer or maybe a dodgy clicker. I did notice that when installing the driver nothing much seemed to happen when I clicked 'Run' so am wondering if the driver hasn't properly installed. Guess I'll have to wait and see if they get in touch with me.

received £140 worth of vouchers last week to help with my christmas shopping yay!
2 question from me?
1 - anybody know if shopandscan will be doing their usual december triple points thing?
2 - has anyone received their 2500 points for returning the old clicker, etc?

I haven't had my 2500 points for the return of the old clicker. I was wondering about that earlier too!
