Did you wait until the clicker had re-set. The webpage tells you when you can remove the clicker.
Try plugging it in again when on the 'transmit your barcodes' link and see what happens.0 -

I've just got an email telling me I have points for sending my reciepts in, but no barcode point boooo! Must have done it wrong. Will try again, fingers crossed! x

Well, I have had problems with the new clicker since since they sent it to me in June of this year.
It would not transmit with my new computer running Vista or my old one running XP. (I had no problems with the old clicker, on my old computer)
I have spent more than 4 hours over the phone, running thro' active X controls, security settings etc with them, and have more than 10 e-mails on the subject, but to no avail.
BUT, and here is the odd thing, my wife tried her works computer, and never had a problem transmitting.
Both my home computers are Dell, and my wifes is a Lenovo.
My problem has still not been resolved, my thoughts are the problem lies at their servers.
Anyone else have this situation?

I'm having problems even getting the website to load today. I wanted to try the new cable that they sent me as I too was having the same problems as a few of you with the codes not transmitting.

I uploaded some till receipts earlier without a problem.
But now it won't load the page.0 -

HI i have trouble with the new clicker like you ronlloyd it wont work the old one did but the new one im having right trouble with i also been on the phone emailed they were supposed to phone me back but nothing still so now i am missing out on points
when i phone i have to go through all the same things but nothing so i dont know wot to do now ?
this has been going on now for 4 weeks
i just cannot transmit it says clicker not plugged in on there site but my pc says its working ok ?0 -
Mine's the same Cozza (see my earlier post). After I emailed them again to say the reset information they sent me didn't work they want me to ring them while connected to the computer. Don't fancy being stuck on the phone to them for hours as per other posters on here especially as I will have to use my mobile and only have 30 mins a month allowance (most of which already used up to call centre in India when speaking to Play.com, another farce but that's another story lol). As if this time of year is not stressful enough :mad:0

I've sent them a link to this board, so they can see for themselves (not that they dont know) what problems different people are seeing, and that there is a community forum on the subject. This way they cant fob us off with the comment, 'no one else is getting this problem'.
Now all I get is the same as you cozza, it tells me the clicker is not plugged in (error 3 on their site), but my computer tells me the software has installed.
I think they need to get a IT expert on the job, not just the poor old girls in the office, to get to the bottom of this.

i agree with you ron it is so annoying when they cannot sort it out then we still get the emails saying we missed out on points !!!!!!!!!!!0
