I have lost out on 3 weeks points which includes the extra ones for xmas.
My new clicker worked the first time I transmitted my bar codes, but since then it keeps saying it isnt connected when I try to transmit. The clicker is still charged so I am able to scan the barcodes of my shopping.
They sent me out a new usb cable but the clicker still doesnt transmit the barcodes or charge up with the new one.
I have tried two computers in the house and it still wont work. I rang them up and explained there were other people on here having the same problems but I was told it wouldnt have been the same problems I was having as it was due to the website being down the other week for maintenance.
They wont put my points on manually because they say I have to transmit in order to get the points. I even had the phone call the other day to say it has been a while since I did a transmission.0 -

you can only transmit data using internet explorer,it will not work with firefox.
IE is free anyway I only use it to transmit data rest of time good old firefox for me.0 -

Hiya I used to do this when the boys were babies but sadly had to give it up due to not having the time, i forgot all about it until now and have just re applied as now they are in school I would love to do it again so thanks
