Got mine too, phew. I thought about emailing but then thought what if they email me back saying it never arrived, lost in post and please pay for your replacement or something lol! Glad we got them!

By the sound of it i wouldn't want a new one.

I registered with these weeks ago, I got a phone call asking if I still wanted to participate and was told they would be back in touch to arrange delivery of the scanner, but Ive heard nothing since.
I can't remember where I saw this first, so I would be grateful if someone could give me contact details so I can chase this up.

still using old one and haven't been able to transmit for 2 weeks - it beeps but differently to normal and then says it's not connected!

Hi all,

I joined Shopandscan a couple of weeks ago, and did my first barcodes last week. I thought the points were meant to be credited on a Monday but I've just checked my account and I haven't got any? Bit worried that maybe I didn't transmit them properly now I plugged the clicker in and scanned everything and it beeped each time, then I just unplugged it, is that right? There didn't seem to be any way of checking that it had worked?

Any help appreciated! Thankyou x
