I installed webview in October and got the first 2500 pts added a last week. Hope that helps.

I've had no email to say they were going to add an extra 2500 pts though , only 5000 then 500 a month

in have the webview on my main pc but not on my laptop so they cant really see what my internet habits are. I never use my main if i am making a purchase online either.
Forgot to add my petrol / diesel on last week but they are very good at sending you reminders.
TBH im so lazy with it and im daft cos i dont always do the questionaires
I never check to see if my points have been added either

I couldnt get my reciepts to work on my digital camera even with my Dads help as the writing on receipt was so tiny it was unreadable so I emailed them and told them and they took me off the reciepts list and I just scan for points like I am doing

Got 5000 points added today for Webview, not had any added for Food On The Go for a while though. I have emailed them but no reply

i receive mine every monday, i had to change the battery once soon after getting the clicker, it goes a bit funny on me still but if you wipe the clicker itself and the item you want to scan it should work,

i'm having the same problems uploading reciepts its saying the size is too big..very frustrating

Hope I get a new clicker soon as mine misses half the barcodes and is very about scanning the codes it wants to .

Got my new clicker too. Have to remember to download the drivers and send back the old one within 7 days to get 2500 points
New booklet has facility to scan non barcoded items ie loose fruit and veg which is good but will add more time
More annoying is the scanning they now require of linksave offers. That means I now have to remember what was on offer and what wasn't as well as hunt them out of the bags to scan together.
Nice new scanner though!
