my scanner has not been working for two weeks, they sent me a "new" scanner which also was not working, i've missed out on two weeks worth of points!
i spoke to a manager who explained there are a lot of scanner problems, they are in the process of sending out new scanners that you do not need a lead, you simply plug it into your USB port, your laptop charges the scanner, so no more battery problems
!
i requested some complimentary points, which were awarded the next day..
i'm going to try and save my points for a year and see how much points i earn.
i also joined their new panel, so i'm hoping my points add up very quickly! 0 -
