Morning all! Seems quite quiet in here today. Are we all sleeping better now?

Having a lovely lazy day today. My Dad's taking DS1 to work so I can chill out and have a couple of coffees while surfing. DS2 is sleeping soundly and I'll leave him an hour before getting him up to do his school work.

I keep reading about peoples avatars but I can't see any. Am I right that these are the little pics that you have by your name on forums. I just can't see any on here.

Am going to clean my fridge/freezer out today and get into those elusive corners where the 3 or 4 peas always huddle out of reach in the drawers - then freshen it all up ready for my shopping on Friday. Then a quick swish and swipe round the house, finishing up the ironing from yesterdays washing and then back to my brilliant book for a couple of hours guilt free reading. Bliss!

AussieLass - we have a curtain on our back door - it's something penninewoman threw together a zillion years ago and it just soldiers on and on standing the test of time.

Today I've got to wait in (again) for deliveries. Such is Christmas shopping on the Net.

Bread's already in the breadmaker; cats LARGE, small and Outside all fed.

penninewoman off to work after printing out Access help sheets for class - no wonder we've just taken delivery of another 25 reams of printer paper - all to print out stuff for penninewoman's School . . . . . :mad: guess I'd better refresh my Access queries and filters for tonights after school session with pwoman.

Good morning to all you fellow OSers.

It is my second wedding anniversary this morning and woke to find a lovely bracelet Ihad admired. It is handmade and has lots of bead charms on it. I also got a lovely card saying lovely things. Going out for dinner tonight, DD2 is looking after DD3 at her house so have time to OH all to myself.

Not much happening here, WM going on, TD will go on, maybe BM will go on for the kids later. Need to make a couple more Xmas cards and wrap a few more pressies. I have lost two presents one for OH and one for previous OH. Hope they turn up as they would cost £20 each to replace and I am bound to find them in the new year.

Love to all and hugs to those who need one.

It IS quiet on here today. I hope nobody has been washed away with all this rain or blown away by the incredible winds. I think we are into next year's supply of rain. Where is it all coming from.

Breakfast - Porridge with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and honey
Lunch - turkey salad sandwich and fruit salad
Dinner - hm soup then chicken in a sauce of some sort.

Morning all, this is my fist post on a thread like this, i'm just finishing my decorations and i'm going to bake a batch of biscuits but can't decide which ones to make lol and in between there's the washing and tidying up to do, i hope you all a lovely day and fingers crossed it won't be so windy and wet today.

Off to work later, doing an hr over time later.
not much to report Im afraid, busy last night with runs to n from scouts/cubs, me & OH spoke for about and hr, I said something, he took it wrong way, thought I was "having a go", and got face on again, cant win. At least its not me stropping this time - lol.

Quite tired this morning, so will chill for a while b4 w**k.

Just a quick one this morning.

Feel s**t so I havent posted for afew days, made it into work for half a day and the smells in the office were just making me worse. Hopefully I'll be in this afternoon though.

Before that I've got a party at toddler group, stupidly I said ages ago that I would do a plate of egg and a plate of tuna sandwiches, not a good move.

OS has gone to pot and we are surving on frozen pizza and takeaways. Anybody who has PM'd me I will get round to replying I promise
