Aww thanks...thats so kind of you...it's cos I've nothing better to do seeing as I lead a sad life and am quite easily bored!!!
Though this Thursday we are going to a house warming..DH is paying for the drink and the person is providing a buffet...so cost to me nothing!!!
If i post my SOA somebody might find something I've missed.0 -

I love social occasions like that - very little cost (if anything) and you can all get together and chat. Love it.
Yes - the SOA is a very good idea for others to point out things that you just don't "see" if you are too close.
Always worth a go anyway.
Right I have to go to bed now - very tired - zzzzzzzzzzzz
Catch you soon - take care!
LA xx

Hi Sophiesmum...
I have to agree there as I've made loads of changes though can't find my original one on here.As I posted it as my first post...that seems ages ago now...lol...I find it hard to write a full SOA as my business has a lot to do with it...but is very relevant.I think I may post it...0 -
Night LA..posts crossed there xxx0

think this was one of your first soa's - wonder what's changed.
and don't forget the money you saved on your car loan, now insurance too.
You will probably find you are getting better value for your money now you have your mse head on. i know I do.:D0 -
WOW....thanks for that Sophiesmum...how on earth did you find that?...I have just read that and have changed quite a lot of that.I can't believe how much is different.I definitely get better value for money now.Its amazing as nothing is crippling me either and we had our holiday in India for a month and I've been off work for months this year.So eventually I am living within my means.
I will definitely sort the new SOA out.I feel so much better. The amazing thing is I have nearly £4000 in the bank at the moment but just over £3000 is due out on the 16th on my Morgan Stanley CC...this was for all business expenses and I put everything on there as I get cashback and it gives me an extra couple of weeks interest free..I always pay this one in full every month so is not listed on my debts as it isn't a debt....when I came back from holiday my O/D was about £2500!!!...
So i will post the new SOA tonight..it will be more detailed than the last as I now actually have a clue ...how much I'm spending on the business!!!0 -
ooh look forward to seeing all your changes
You're doing so well! Fantastic

Hi Sea and everyone else visiting....
Debt busting goes on...this morning I've made a £365 overpayment to Barclays....and popped in to see my mortgage advisor...I only owe £47000 on my mortgage at present but would have to pay £1900 early repayment charges to get out of it!!!...So we have decided to apply on 10 jan...I have my appointment booked...what I am planning on doing is remortgaging (straight no debt included)...do the house up and sell and move to a bigger property...all being well I'll have rid of my CC debt by Jan as well but it won't really be relevant as my mortgage is so small...the car loan will be irrelevant as well as it's business...so all looking good...the arrangement fees are quite high at the moment as well as the fixed rates...so will ride the storm out and let the markets settle...He will be in his other office thursday morning so is going to get my file out and he's quite sure that there was no mention of exit fees on my BOS mortgage paperwork which would mean £150 back...but won't count my chickens yet!!!
Just printed a load of stuff of so will be able to do my SOA later...must update my sig now!!!0
