Thanks for that LA..never heard that one before..should be gone soon if thats the case(hopefully)..will keep an eye on that and test the theory..I'm trying to drink plenty but maybe not having enough....as I haven't had much energy to even get up off the couch...will try harder...I don't normally get colds....dohhh0

Forgot to say I also walked to WWs and back instead of taking the car..it's about a mile in total...but it'sthe only exercise I've had all week0
