Peugeot 107 for £5700

Anyway, point is - £5700 is a good price but it seems the prices of these cars has risen recently because they were definitely available for around the £6400 mark a few months ago. There are better alternatives out there as I've mentioned too.0

Kilty - I have no great knowledge on cars therefore do apologise for not understanding. You mention "There are better alternatives out there as I've mentioned too. " - please let me know which ones and where from?
Thanks0 -
Panda and Picanto are both better cars without a doubt. C1/107/Aygo are even cheaper feeling inside than those two.0

I looked at this for the run to the train station but it doesn't even have electric windows or mirrors and is truly basic in the extreme for 2011. It would just about do that job but I wouldn't want to drive it anywhere else and thus I discarded it from selection.0

Oh, no!
How did we ever live without electric windows or mirrors?
(FYI, a MY2009 VW Polo E doesn't have them either, and they were twice the price of this Pug when new)0 -
Was on hot uk deals 3 weeks ago 227 comments so everyone and anyone's opinion -does seem like a good deal I ve been following it as originally it said by 29th April and I wasn't ready but now extended to 30/6 which suits me better.

I hope you get a choice in colour - hate that yellow (very few cars look good in yellow IMHO)
.
Hate yellow even more than I hate white :rotfl:0 -

Quite !
Poverty spec is just that. It is functional in that it gets you from A to B but in no comfort and with no desire to drive it further.
If you can live with that then fine. I can't or more accurately I won't.0 -

Fair enough. Worst "I have more money than you" post ever, but fair enough.
I don't drive a poverty spec car because I particularly want to.0 -
Instead of replying to PM messages I will write to all on the main thread.
The car will be a 2nd car to be used my wife (house wife) to do things likes school run and shopping 90% of the car's life. The other 10% will be when the 1st car is either out of action or I just want a change.
Has anyone any experience of Drive A Deal? also this may sound a silly question but do main dealers ever "price match"?
Thanks0
