This one looks ok from the outside but inside  just noticed too it says the property has "never" had a bathroom or kitchen....
Still for the guide price, the size of the garden would make it worth it - long but large looking....

Looks to me as if EA went out to take photos - couldn't get in, so took a few of front meaning to pick the best one - gave camera to someone in the office who uploaded all of them without even looking.0 -
I'm fairly sure that I saw that on an episode of Homes Under the Hammer recently, when off work sick! If it is the same place, it has no potential - planning refused for any alterations at all.
It was on there, and it had absolutely no potential for anything. The owner and her rather flaky son kept talking about how it was an investment in land, and it wont' lose value and they're keeping it for a couple of years. Wonder what happened with that auction.0 -

Walberswick is much better
We visited Southwold on Friday and by chance walked past that property. It's on a corner of two terraces, looks absolutely grim and I wouldn't pay half what they are asking for it. Not sure I'd pay a quarter!Make £2025 in 2025

If there are nearby takeaways...... All you'd need is a fridge!Penny: I'm a little low on cash.
Leonard: How much you got?
Penny: Nothing!
Leonard: How can you walk around with no money?
