I am staggered at the price of that!
I know, it's mad isn't it. That's Southwold for you, beautiful place for holidaymakers, heaven help the locals who want to buy.
There's a garage up for sale in Southwold for 30K, and for just 60K you could buy a beachhut.Make £2025 in 2025

It's also lost half its bedrooms ... 12 in the report when it was bought, 6 on the particulars now0 -
Ensuite showers are my biggest property hates - even more so than the only bathroom in a house being downstairs.
The house is certainly done to an acquired taste but it wouldn't put me off buying it (if I did then removing the en-suite shower would be the first job). I personally like the corner bath with the step but as another poster remarked it does look small.
A lot of the ex-council houses on the estate I grew up on have similar interiors to this house. I guess the adage 'more money than sense' is quite true - especially after the generous discounts offered to council tenants like my parents and their neighbours.
My dad built a front porch on the house about 20 years ago. A school friend remarked looked a bit like 'a Chinese temple'. I was annoyed that he insulted my dad's handywork but on reflection I quite agree now.
Property in this post, interesting idea, no room in the kitchen for the microwave? Put it in the dinning room!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0 -

I don't understand anything about picture 1, the 'floating?' table in picture 5, the bed and weird fire thing in picture 8, the bath for all the family in picture 10 or the snooker table for short people on picture 13!
That has got to belong to a footballer. Hasn't it?_____________________________________________Mortgage 1 £80k paid off july 2014Mortgage 2 £213k paid off May 20210 -

Hostile tenant, not allowing access for photography. Perfectly entitled to do so too. We don't know the back story.0
