    It's a good size, proper bathroom. Spash of paint and it'd be good. And - if you compare it to renting you'd have got it "free" after 3-4 years.

    I thought the current owners paid £67k for it

    Such a shame - lovely looking houses, nice leafy street, ruined by the unkempt weed filled front gardens full of wheelie bins hand painted with flat numbers in a scrawl of left over gloss paint.

    Seems like a decent price for a 2 bed London flat as well.

    This made my :rotfl: as it is in a small flat and not part of a larger house. Loving the decor - I can picture Arfur Daley at the bar sipping a G & T. :D

    The Estate Agent seems unsure if it is a 1 or 2 bedroomed flat.
