It's a one room studio, so probably whoever did the layout thought it would take up too much space/people'd not use it.But then again, they don't seem to have a hob, only a microwave, so maybe not a lot of cooking/washing up going on ?!

It amazes me, we have a 2 bed with conservatory, garden and 2 parkign spaces and people say thats too small. Wonder what they would make of that place. We have a Hob, Microwave and Fridge Freezer :rotfl:0 -

Maybe because it's tiny? I don't know if you would get the front door open properly due to the sofa - and you'd have to squeeze by the wall to get in because of the way the door opens. I think i'd have to climb over the sofa!0
