It amazes me, we have a 2 bed with conservatory, garden and 2 parkign spaces and people say thats too small. Wonder what they would make of that place. We have a Hob, Microwave and Fridge Freezer :rotfl:0 -

Maybe because it's tiny? I don't know if you would get the front door open properly due to the sofa - and you'd have to squeeze by the wall to get in because of the way the door opens. I think i'd have to climb over the sofa!0
