lol I do agree...
I remember when we were looking to buy, we actually got given property details which had a picture of a house in Eastfields for sale. The picture the agent had used actually had boarded up windows and windows with protective grills on the front! pretty offputting and that was just on the brochure!
However we thought we might give it benefit of doubtand drove around the area. Never again.... worst area have ever seen.

They missed out the lizards on the wallpaper, but apart from that, it's pretty close, isn't it? Doubt if it was intentional though.
Just realised, we did the dado rail thing on our last place, just like that. It was because we had a tame chippy who could put it up faster than we could paper the whole hallway. That way we only had to replace the scuffed bits at the bottom!0 -
