Well, here's my 'have a look at this' house.

Sold via probate towards the end of last year for circa £210k, done up with a lick of paint and the vendor/estate agents think it's worth 350k!!!! No garden to speak of and on a major road.
I've been watching the local market around here for 2 years and this is the worst advert in all respects I've ever seen.30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.0 -
