Well, here's my 'have a look at this' house.

Sold via probate towards the end of last year for circa £210k, done up with a lick of paint and the vendor/estate agents think it's worth 350k!!!! No garden to speak of and on a major road.

I've been watching the local market around here for 2 years and this is the worst advert in all respects I've ever seen.

Would love to know the story ... looks like maybe there was a burst pipe upstairs and they've moved all salvageable items downstairs - then got their insurance papers out and realised it'd lapsed.
