We looked at this house previously, I see it's now being sold by someone else with some sort of 'property solution'. Not quite sure what that means but they've illustrated nicely with photos of rooms that the existing rooms could never be turned into. Very strange.0 -
Well, here's my 'have a look at this' house.

Sold via probate towards the end of last year for circa £210k, done up with a lick of paint and the vendor/estate agents think it's worth 350k!!!! No garden to speak of and on a major road.
I've been watching the local market around here for 2 years and this is the worst advert in all respects I've ever seen. Before you point fingers, make sure your hands are clean !;)0 -

How bizarre. Using that logic, you could advertise a lower-ground floor flat and show photos of a penthouse for illustrations purposes.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

I looked at that and thought that it wasn't too bad. Not my taste, but each to their own. Then I saw the optics...:rotfl:
I'll see your optics and raise you one "tasteful" bar (photo 8):

This one's a bit odd too - is it just me, or is there something wrong about where they've put the stairs (photo 9) and really, photo 10 ain't fooling anyone that that's a double bedroom!:
