Hi

Im wondering if anybody had a contact telephone number for this company, i have tried numerous times to contact these people, letters, emails etc.

Last month i had a phone bill due which was to come out via direct debit, My phone bill came out on the 8th april by direct debit, proof by bank statements. Orange have filed a Unpaid Debt on my credit report saying they havent received a payment and filed this on the 10th april i rung orange the other day and they said payment has been received on the 8th and they have no idea why a unpaid debt has been filed on my credit expert file.

The email i have for them is refferal.fax.inbox@everythingeverywhere.com

thanks

Just contact Orange and demand them to correct their error.

In case you don't know this, Everything Everywher is just Orange + T-mobile.

Did you not have any contract with T-mobile by any chance?

Call CS and ask them to raise an action with the credit referrals dept (credit referrals is what they call a none customer facing dept, so you'll never get to talk to them).

They'll take a look and get the item removed from your credit file (as long as its an error)...

Hello,

Credit Referrals will ask you to either write to them, email or fax and they will remove the mark from your file,

If Customer Services call them they wont remove it they will ask you to contact them using one of the above methods.

If they have given you an email address why don't you not email them?

Oh sorry I didn't read that properly :o

I know from dealing with Orange they ask customers to write in with any credit file queries. Such as if customers wants a declined decision reviewed.

So I think writing to them is the best option or write to the correspondence dept.

suggest you have had issues before with orange due to redundancy and funds. At one point you said you had cancelled the direct debit for your iPhone contract in March. You also say in one post that "someone" says you owe £96 to them according to your credit report in one post and you had a high bill (£72) recently from Orange on the other.

Possible issues could be if you cancelled the direct debit in March but paid by direct debit in April are you sure that the two are linked up correctly. The money has gone to Orange but has not be allocated to your account correctly.

Did the DD actually go out correctly is there a credit for the same ammount somewhere on your bank statement where it's been rejected and returned to you, maybe a few days later.

It's also possible you have underpaid before if you paid by a non direct debit method and that £72 is the problem, your prior post simply says.
3, Stupid Bills £72 my last bill

You didn't say if this was resolved one way or another, did it get paid off or is it still on your account.

I also suspect that many of the non cumtomer facing groups work 9-5 Mon-Fri and have not got to your email yet.
• Hi chris34720

As Jon 01 and NatalieC87 suggest, our Credit Referrals Team would be the best people to look into this for you. You can contact them either by writing to
Orange Credit Referral Department
Top Floor
Global House
Senhouse Road
Darlington
County Durham
DL1 4YB,

by sending a fax to 0870 374 5412 or by sending an email to referrals.fax.inbox@everythingeverywhere.com.

As the above email address is different to the one quoted in your first post, I'd advise to check the address that you have sent your email to. Once your email is received in the Credit Referrals inbox, they will reply within seven working days.

If you do not hear back from them within this time, I'd advise to call our Customer Service Helpdesk, who can then contact Credit Referrals to chase this up for you. Alternatively, feel free to contact me using the information on our Profile page and I'd be happy to chase this up for you if necessary.

I hope this helps.
