Hi
Took out an iphone with orange on £35 a month plan, since they intergrated with t mobile ive had nothing but constant problems
1. Calls Cut Off Half Way Through (Becoming More Frequent Now)
2. Text Messages Wont Send Sometimes
3. Stupid Bills £72 my last bill
4. Customer Service Very Rude
5. Charged me for a non direct debit when my bank clearly states one is set up so was charged £7.50
6. Failed to Refund my £7.50 back from February on to marches bill
7. Put my plan from £35 to £36.20 with no letter, phone or email stating this
8. Internet doesnt work really slow and sometimes struggle to get a 3G signal
9. Nearly everywhere has no service
Im sick of paying these fools my hard earned money every month for something i aint even getting my use out of. when i told the guy on the phone i want out from this contract he said sorry you are still tied into it for another 14 months and it would cost me £350 to cancel it.
When i said to him would you pay for something you cant use properly he didn't even answer my question
absolutely annoyed with them
anything i could do to get out of it

If they're in breach of contract, sue them. They would if it was the other way round wouldn't they?If you will the end, you must will the means.0

How did you run up a £72 bill if you have no service? I'm also guessing the price rise was due to the increase in VAT, I think they mentioned it on the news a few months ago. You may just live in an area of poor 3g signal, or there may be a fault with the phone, or there could be a problem with the Tmobile network share, you'll need to phone Orange and have them run through some diagnostics0

Itemised I gues?chris34720 wrote: »3. Stupid Bills £72 my last bill
Try Vodafone or '3'4. Customer Service Very Rude
This makes no sense. It's their business and your bank's to set the DD. However, payment can be rejected by your bank if you don't have sufficient balance.5. Charged me for a non direct debit when my bank clearly states one is set up so was charged £7.50
Sell the phone, pay £350 and go elsewhere.anything i could do to get out of it
Mathematics is not about guessing: 35/(1+0.175)*(1+0.2)=35.75, not 36.20...I'm also guessing the price rise was due to the increase in VAT, I think they mentioned it on the news a few months ago....0 -
Fair enough, they put his price up for no reason at all without telling him, and it would be £35.870
