It says allow up to 14 days for them to be credited, but mine were on within 24 hours if I remember correctly, 48 at the most.0 -
laurmurph wrote:Don't Amazon hold on to the books that are published and wait to post all together? do you have to pay extra for posting 'as items are available'? There are lots of 'not yet published' books I want but I was afraid to add them to an order in case it held the whole order up!
They don't do that, unless you check the box that says "group all my orders to save on postage"..
You can always check when they are expecting to deliver once you've placed the order. Until it's dispatched, it's ever so easy to add items or remove them, or change delivery options. Play, and see what works0 -
I've just ordered the book £00.00 including express delivery:j

It does seem as though they may have fixed one of the flaws with the offer. Last week I could put the book and code in and get free express delivery on items with different despatch dates to the extent that it was discounting nearly fifty pounds in delivery charges (although in the end I opted for first class delivery on that order).
However it is now only discounting £1.40 from the P+P whatever P+P method you choose (of course if you choose free supersaver its free anyway).0 -
It just discounted all my 1st class delivery. Brilliant thank you!0

This definitely works.
If your order (including the 5.99 book) qualifies for free super-saver delivery, then it automatically takes 8.74 off to cover the £5.99 book and standard 1st class delivery of said book.
So if you order something for £10, add the book, the offer code and choose free super saver delivery, you'll only pay £6.25. Now where did that cheap toys thread go!0 -
My order was over £26 before I remembered about the Hellman's book, I added the book and stuck with the free supersaver delivery to get £3.65 (inc VAT) off my original order.
Bargain !
Edit : The first code didn't seem to work but the second one was fine.0 -
Second code worked for me 10 minutes ago.
