I haven't popped on here for ages, keep having little reads but forget to post!
Congratulations on the nephew Euro!
Elastigirl your SIL sounds like a piece of work! I'd be doing anything in my power to trick her 'perfect' kids over to the darkside, send them outside and show them the joys of jumping in puddles, send them home in their (no doubt spotless and posh) car covered in muck!
It's my 6 month wedding anniversay today, can't believe how quickly this year is flying past! Only 35 days until our honeymoon then babymaking time after that! :jOvercome the notion that you must be ordinary. The FF website isn't very subtle though, think I may have to set up my own spreadsheet and transfer the data across when not at work :rotfl::cool:
Elastigirl, your SIL sounds AWFUL, no wonder you don't like seeing them. Hope they only stay for a quick cup of tea and don't upset you too muchLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Hubbie sent me a lovely text this morning - I 'woke' at 12.15 during a night terror and started turning the house upside down shilst sleepwalking. Usually DH will sleep through anything, but on this occassion he didn't. This morning he sent me a text saying "See - when I need to wake up I do. Good practice for when we have a baby"

well they have gone, phew sil and bil stayed 1 hr 30mins kids sat on the sofa and didn't move wouldn't play with their cousins, their loss.
it wasn't too bad, few tiny things got on my nerves but nothing major.
Well i have 2 months left on my pill and don't know if i should get a repeat or not ( but if i do they need me to go in and have full health check) which i hate as the nurse is very judgementle.
That would be sooner than we were thinking. we thought maybe xmas time then by the time the baby would be due ds2 would be nearly 3 and we could sort out the space issue.
Mum threw a small spanner in the works though because she is taking the whole family on hols abroad next may and i would have liked not to be pg really. why is nothing simple. This is my signature!0 -

Going on hols whilst pregnant is ok though - I was unknowingly 29 weeks when I went whilst pregnant with DD1 and it was Turkey in July. Actually it was on that hol that I decided that I was going to demand answers from the doctors about my mystery illness that no one could diagnose:eek:, turns out I was only pregnant:jOPs so far £42,139

Hi all, I've been a lurker here for a while now, but thought I'd actually say hello! I'm normally found over on the wedding board (I spot a few familair names from there!), as we are getting married next May.
Ideally, I'd love to start trying straight after the wedding, but the reality is OH doesn't think we can afford it - thing is, he's right (for once!). We're still paying of some debts, and those prob won't be gone for another 2/3 years - well, they will be at a more managable level then (ie, can still make repayments while I'm on maternity pay).
I came off the injection at the end of June (after being on it just over a year) and have gone back on the pill. Should've had a gap 3 weeks ago, but I had to run two packs together coz of antibiotics. Due another gap starting next Friday so will see if Aunty Flo comes back straight away after being on the injection!
So apart from that, all our energy is focus on clearing debts and our wedding! Every penny saved is a penny closer to having our baby!0 -
Hello
Today marks 167 days until OH and I can start trying to conceive. We’ve moved it to 1st Feb 2011 and re-jigged our finances a bit to try to get £5k saved up by Nov 2011, so I can go on maternity leave without stressing about money TOO much. How sad is it that I already planned that in March and April next year I will have an extra £137/month that can go into the baby fund as we won't be paying council tax!! Hahah!
It just seems like so far away though still and I'm so IMPATIENT at the best of times. I have a countdown on the home screen on my phone and its taking forever to go down. Must not wish our lives away though!!
Also 128 days until xmas!
Happy baby planning everyone!

Hi
Just a quick hello to let you know I still have a look on here even though I was brave and graduated to TTC board. There have been alot of BFPs over there so let's hope the luck stays and it continues to be a lucky thread when it's your time.
Birdie I missed you I thought you were on honeymoon already.
