I may try the letter thing, although I suspect he'll ignore it.

This might sound daft but would an email work better? I know if I gave my DH a letter to read from me he'd think I was either a) pressurising him or b) gone slightly loopy where as if it was an email it's not pressure to read it there and then and it completely eliminates the F2F element iyswim.

    Don't tempt me :rotfl:

And if baby number 3 is the same gender as #1 and #2???

I have no idea, but 4 is my absolute maximum (barring twins coming along and pushing it to 5! lol).

:eek: I'm one of 5, but there were 8 pregnancies in total.

OH is only one of 2, but he has at least one half sister that he knows of, and potentially more half siblings that he will never know of.

Twins seem to run in both families too. One of my Mum's earlier pregnancies was twins but she lost them.

ETA: Mum's Mum was one of 10, I think, but a lot of them died in childhood. Not sure about Dad's Mum, but Dad himself was one of 5 or 6. lol

DH denies ever having had a conversation about when we'd start trying. He now wants to wait until next July AT LEAST :(

Perhaps you should stop talking about TTC for a month or so?

    Debt-free and Proud!
Ahhh I've been totally MIA, I've got up on the last few pages but there's sooooo many to read, you natterbags! :rotfl:

Sorry to hear about your hubby COMP, maybe he wants to be married for a while first, whatever his reasons he shouldn't have agreed to it in the first place if he didn't want to do it, and it's cruel not to share his reasons with you. I think the letter idea is a great one, even if he doesn't reply at least he knows how it's affecting you.

In other news I've been hammering the overtime to get some spending money together for the holiday that my OH has booked at the end of August. A week in Chicago for my bday (my fave place in the world) to celebrate my debt-free date 2 days before we go. I am so excited I can barely sit still at work! It'll be our first holiday together, as I've been paying down the debts since I met him in 2008.

Hope everyone else is well, I'll try and catch up with the pages!

Yeah, I did and it was negative, so no need to worry about ectopic :)

    That's good news.
I don't think I could have an IUD - I'm such a paranoid Annie that I'd be contantly convinced I was having an ectopic pg!

    Glad you are ok.
