Tesco misprice discussion area part 15

i see it this way:
tesco screw around with their prices that often, in order to try and be the cheapest around. they regularly load prices over rrp in order to produce a higher saving, thus tempting customers to treat. now if they kept things at the rrp like other stores do, or stuck them at a sensible price in the first place, then the amount of r+rs would decrease.
with so many lines and so many constantly changing prices its inevitable some pos errors will appear. i think tesco should sort its HO out as the problems clearly lie with them ie moet was 19.** then 20.** then 15.** now 20.** again all within 10 days alongside the 25% off deal. now thats 1 in 100000 products. not surprising it goes wrong reallyroll on december 26th : i want my house back!!!!
got it back, just the bloody tree to go now!!!!!0 -
have been told by another tesco employee that a certain store in glasgow has been told to keep cupboard door behind c/s desk wide open at all times,. WHY ? I hear you scream. cos the r&r policy is on the front of it. SHOCKING:T:jDabbler in all things moneysaving.Master of none:o

As I said earlier, I have no problem with you using this site to correct your prices. It annoys me that you feel the need to boast and antagonise people, though. Spa2K (PID) has also stated that it's how you post, not who you work for that annoys people. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Jadeite wrote:Hi everyone,
This is actually my first post and is a bit unsure about the whole thing. I have been browsing through the website for a couple of weeks now and just decided to join. I was just wondering if anyone know any of these misprices in London, more specifically in the SE as we always go to Tesco to shop. My bf and I are planning to move together soon and any help would be welcome. I just graduated from uni and am still trying to find a job so money is VERY tight right now
 hello and welcome!
Sorry i can't comment on London i'm nowhere near it but i'm sure another nice r&r might help you.I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

Not once have I (Except when I went straight to a manager bypassing CS) had to wait for an overcharged item to be authorised by a manager. 90% of these were done directly by the CSA at the CS desk and without prompting for a full refund and the CSA's were great.
Oh and BTW, this has been in 3 UK countries this week alone.
This is to ensure that the correct process is followed - The SELs are removed, The SEM made aware, PI informed etc, - Correct prices are a major priority now thanks in part to this forumStand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
