There's no point tackling the symptoms when you don't sort out the cause. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

The circle is forming, please post your misprices direct to me via PM, I will relay that info via the circle and thus save TE the bother of checking on here everyday.
I'll be in touch tomorrow guys, but remember to PM those misprices.
happy r&r'ing
Im afraid with all the talk of 'We'll save TE the bother' makes me want to visit the site even more - I'll of course be checking as much as possible for all the new ones that join the site ready to brag about their latest r+r's:DStand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

 Your taking the p*ss now :rotfl: they need authorisation on any r&r's over a fiver!I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

Its no good having a go at TE for the pay structure at Tesco, he only works there, he obviously takes his job seriously and why not?, my only gripe is the fact that he feels the need to snoop around here looking for the errors that his company have made.
so cut him some slack
i wasnt having a pop mate, to be honest it makes no odds to me what they pay, as i wouldn't ever consider a job as a GA, although a friend did tell me my local Extra were recruiting Dept. Managers again:rolleyes:
i just think that in general retailers can on occasion scrape the barrel in terms of staff quality, purely because the wage levels are so poor. many moons ago i worked for halfords as a 'GA' before working my way up. i know lads running shops as keyholders and asst managers on £13k. in the big wide world this is disgusting really, and it does not surprise me when you look at staff quality overall.
rant over!!!roll on december 26th : i want my house back!!!!
got it back, just the bloody tree to go now!!!!!0 -

You know... a modicom of honesty would have stood you in a much better place...
I have only had one R&R and have probably been overcharged, on loads of occasions in tesco and other stores..... yet this thread has made me reciept aware so thats good in my book.... however with your remarks you have helped to turn this thread into something that looks dodgy with folk not being as open as they were... yet you try and turn it around as if you are doing the regulars a favour... shame on you.0 -
MyUserNamesTaken wrote:TE, you wouldn't have to waste your evenings looking at this thread if the real cause was sorted out in the first place. If HO just made sure the prices were right all the time, none of us would be here. No other supermarket operates in the way that Tesco does (changing prices and promotions all the time). It's not cost effective and it puts a lot of pressure on the stores and individual staff. You can see the affect it is having on customers who have had to deal with downright stroppy and arrogant managers and CSDs when they've been overcharged (geniuinely or otherwise). It's not good for anybody but those at the very top.

Thanks for the above - Im well aware of the root cause of the problem but until it changes i'll continue doing my bit - At the end of the day this site helps the store im in stay legal. You all complain about the fact that Tesco rip off customers so you should be happy that there are stores out there trying to resolve the problem - Of course we will never be able to eradicate it completely but i can say this site has stopped many r+r's occuring in my paticular store.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
TBH i was very hostile towards TE at the beginning, now i just pity him lol and enjoy watching him chasing his tailI made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0

On the other hand, you are making it easy for me to recruit people to share information within the privacy of the PM system, more people will now send info via PM- away from you, SPA, Constantine and Cblizard0
