So much time and effort spent on people like us
Since discovering this site im spending alot less time at the CSD dishing out r+r's - so a few posts on here is really no extra effort after all the time you've saved me;)Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
GINJIM has reported a healthy r+r growth ahead of the crucial Christmas period.
He has been overcharged on all his presents for his children and witnessed a steep rise in overscharges
The r+r whizz-kid said UK like-for-like overcharges - including xboxes and champagne- grew by over 100 per cent during the last month
Group sales, including 306 wlfc and MUNT and the postie increased by 80.3 per cent and by 9.6 per cent including dvds

i was talking to an aldi director last month. he dismissed two GAs last year from aldi. my local tesco probably sacked more today.
still, they pay aldi staff more an hour than they do me, and i look after the scum of the earth on a daily basis.
Actually, it's more like £2.50 an hour more (depends on the individual store's productivity, as Aldi wages are made up of Basic and Bonus - even Aldi's basic is higher than Tesco's). Regional managers sack GAs, not directors. Directors wouldn't normally get their hands dirty over such affairs. Unless you're talking about the Store Operations Director, who is the last line of appeal (before tribunal) when conflicts happen between RMs and lower level staff. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Guys
Its no good having a go at TE for the pay structure at Tesco, he only works there, he obviously takes his job seriously and why not?, my only gripe is the fact that he feels the need to snoop around here looking for the errors that his company have made.
so cut him some slack0 -

But can you actually blame me for that - There is useful information on this site for both parties, both would be stupid not to use the information contained here to our individual advantage's. I'll stop posting and become a lurker insteadStand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0
