    hi any one advise me?

Lucy, I'm no expert but I reckong you should get a refund in the case you mentioned.

However, I personally do have some trouble with going for an Rnr where there is only a penny difference - I know its still an overcharge but I get all embarrassed and anticipate trouble and if you come over as unsure it ends up as a self fulfilling prophecy ! If you are just finding your feet you might want to go for bigger overcharge/clear cut cases where you are less likely to get resistance - it will knock your confidence back if you fail in the early stages of your campaign. My Husband has only tried once, he got seen off by CS and has refused to have anything to do with RnR since then !

The law states that if 2 prices are displayed for the same item, then the highest price that can be charged is the lower of the two.

So, they can charge(in the situation you mention) £2 or less.

They cannot(by law) charge you more than £2.

If you are charged £2.01 it is a definate RandR.

Always go with CS staff to find the SEL........never let them go alone.

Never mention, SEL or RandR to any Tesco staff......you dont want them to know........that "you know"
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Yes, but on the other side of the coin, they choose to work there, they are made aware of the salary when joining, so its their decision at the end of the day. I wouldn't work for peanuts, I earn more in a month doing this than they do.

they pay peanuts and get monkeys to work for them. no surprise there then really. in my neck of the woods its 3 cabbages and a potato for 1 40 hr week, so god only knows what tesco gets away with here.

i asked if all the staff in my local tesco were foreign but the manager said no, theyre all english but were born round here. says it all really!!
roll on december 26th : i want my house back!!!!

got it back, just the bloody tree to go now!!!!!

    that's true....if they choose to work there. I couldn't & wouldn't do it either
  • Sorry to be blonde.. question about the bicardi breezers and fosters...

there are now new sel's which say 4 for £4 (or for bicardi 2 for £4) which expire in January AS WELL as the sel's that expire in december..

For bicardi like the orange is till jan but the lime has expired...

I'm confused.. the offer is the same but how have peopel got r&r's? Does the new offer not work??!?!?!!
