I have yet to pluck up the courage to do an r&r yet but Can someone tell me that if an item is priced, lets say, £2.00 on the shelf but there is a sticker on the item of £2.01 and I am charged £2.01, am i entitled to an R&R even though it is clearly displayed on the item.
sorry if this has been posted before.
    thanks

yes, logically speaking you have been overcharged by 1p. however, this is a small item at a small monetary value, and unless you bought dozens of them, i would not bother. i could have had 60 packs of blu tack the oher month on a 1p misprice but left it as quite frankly i knew it would be a battle and i had no need for 60 packs of blu tack. had this been 60 cans of stella, i would have argued til i ran out of oxygen and collapsed on the cs desk!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: hope this clears it up for you

by the way, i ont know of any 1p misprices on stella before anyone asks, sadly.:p :p
roll on december 26th : i want my house back!!!!

got it back, just the bloody tree to go now!!!!!

Hi Lucy, am fairly new to this too, Tescos should refund you and let you keep the purchase if you are overcharged in any way from the price on the product either on the actual ticket or on a special offer sticker/sign referring to the product. If not call their head office.
If you are overcharged in any way from the advertised price it is a criminal offence.
  • Hi remember me? Just tried my 3rd & 4th attempt!!! None of the miss prices were out there!!!Moet Champange, TV, trinny & suzannah book all scanned right!
Did see sum1 gettin a pink motorola peble on Vodafone, advertised at £69.99 (I think) scanned at £7/89.99. He was still trying to get R&R wen I left but he looked pretty confident!
R U on here by any chance? Male, Stripy top, Tesco Extra, not gna say where at 10pm ish?? Good on ya mate, was gna try the same thing but the staff were hiding them all!!

  • TESCO has reported a healthy sales growth

I wonder what will they will do with the extra profits:

1 )Give it to the Bangladeshi children they enslave
    2) Give it to hardworking employees who earn just above the minimum wage
    3) Give it to the fat cat CEO as part of his £600,000 bonus

    Call 0870 RIPOFF

calls cost £99 per minute. All profits to the Sir Terry Leahy Beer fund

I've read elsewhere that the bonus given staff this year was £40 off £400. Is this true?

If it is I must say it's pretty poor reward for the hard work put in by people who are often on pretty low wages....particularly when the headlines talk of billions profit.

Absolutely true Whirly. Worse still £20 of the discount is divided into sections so, for example, you would have to spend £30 on magazines to get £3 off. What a load of dump!! Also, for anyone that cares, the 10% staff discount cannot be used for petrol, lottery, pharmacy or ciggarettes.
  • Vivw are you out there

Depends if they push trolleys, handle cash or work in the bakery? Bakers and security aren't badly paid if I remember rightly?
